We have been here about a year & I really like our apartment. We will be moving soon because we are buying a house but everyone who works there has been so nice to us. more

I hate this place. I cant wait until my lease is up. I am currently living here, and I am counting down the days to my last day here. They are always trying to scam you out of money here. When i first moved in they told me one special, and they didn't abide by that special. Some of the staff is rude and they are always changing staff, so they never stick by their word. They keep changing water companies who charge an arm and a leg for water. I live in a 1 bed and 1 bath, am never home, and am paying 60 a month for water. It is absurd. I try to talk to management about it and they aren't even willing to listen. Wouldnt EVER recomend this place to ANYONE not even an emeny. HATE this place!! more

My husband and I are moving after 2yrs here, at first it was nice but it has gotten horrible. Management will not take responsibility for anything, there response is it is out of my hands, the staff changes every months so if you spoke with some one the month before they are not there to back it up a week later. Besides the drug exchanges late at night in the parking lot, the office staff is RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL. THE PROPERTY MANGERS CALLED MY HUSBAND AND I NAMES, REFUSED TO SPEAK WITH US. we are moving, had a few issues about last month rent and comely spoke with there staff, then the next day tried to pay up our late fees, they manager denied speaking with me the day before and refused to speak with me. I could go on for days, but the staff is terrible and does not care about the well being of there residents more

Falcon Ridge where do I start ...When I came to look at my place it was clean but I later found out i had red ants everywhere I asked the people in the office to come spray they didnt I got rid of them myself. But everything else was fine until the new management took over .OMG!!!! The people thats in there now are LAZY know matter what time you call the office no 1 answers the phone it goes to the answering service. The water is ALWAYS poo brown and you never have hot water. The maintanence team is never the same it's alway different people they are LAZY as well.The building I live in have termints they havent done anything to get rid of them ...The gates hardly work trash be everywhere you pay for trash pick up but they dont always pick it up.people have had there cars towed away for no reason at all. The only thing that might get done is they have the people come and clean the proptey .It seams as if they let just anybody move in here as long as they got the mony to pay the rent they dont care. This has been the worst place I have lived after the change of management All I have to say about the people in the office is RUDE RUDE RUDE.and trust that they are not people I would put to run my business.To the owner with the people you have in your office I WISH YOU LUCK..When the other LADYS was in office you would raely see people moving out but now its like every day.. I cant wait 2 move out in 1 month left..Thank God.... more

I have lived here since 3/06 and there wasn't too much bad going on. H section in the back is quiet. yes the water goes off sometimes but it's rare, 1 or 2 times a year, if that. maintanence is decent, i never had big issues with my apt. I like the fact that it's quiet. you hardly see people outside unless it's morning or after school or work (5). Some people just had bad things happen but i guess God has taken care of us because nothing has been too bad for us. There were months last year when someone (outside of apts) was breaking into cars but it came to a stop real quick (cops found them). Since then all is well. Over all it's good. I'm moving because i need a cheaper place, but these apts are quiet and peaceful if you keep to yourself.\r All apartments have something...none are perfect. These pass my test. Pros: low crime, quiet, small Cons: gates don't always work more

I'm tired of the water always going cold. this keeps happening. it wouldn't be so bad if Sean was honest (some one who works in the office). he plays things off like I'm sure he is told to do by upper management but for Christ's sake people lets be HONEST. if the water is going to be turned off for several days because yall didn't pay the water bill let us know. or say ""Hey we won't have hot water for the week because we aren't any good at heating water"". but NO we've been told it will be on tonight, tonight tonight. LIARS!!! I'm tired of coming home to no water or cold water. Lets get with it. \r \r everything else is great, low crime and the other management is nice. gates always shut except for this week. not sure whats up with that. I've been here almost one year and this is my only issue. I try not to complain because I'd rather have NO crime and have warm water etc but come on let a few shots ring out every now and then if that's what it takes to get a warm bath. \r \r Pros: Nice management, low crime atleast for now, I live here =) Cons: water always goes cold or they don't pay their water bill and it gets turned off for days!!! more

My sister moved into the Falcon Ridge Apts in late 2006 and was told that her new apartment would be in excellent condition upon move in. She was eagerly waiting to move into her new apartment and was very excited to learn that she could get her keys a day early (good sign right?). Well... she goes into the apartment, the first welcome she gets is an overwhelming odor of animal urine. She inspects further to find crud all over the kitchen (left courtesy of the old tenant), urine and feces all over the toilet and on the floors (again, courtesy of the old tenant). The A/C wasn't working nor was the heat (remember this is in the winter). Turns out the staff didn't even have the apartment cleaned. She has two small children and the lease on her old apt was up the next day, so... she stayed up until 4 in the morning just cleaning the stupid apt. The ladies in the office told her that they were very sorry, this shouldn't have happened, and ""we will reimburse you for all of your cleaning supplies, etc. Well, guess what? She went in the next day for her money and was told ""we don't owe you anything as you didn't give us the opportunity to clean it for you first!"". So not only is she is out of $100 worth of cleaning supplies, her muscles ache, her kids are whining because there is a lot of moving to do and they have nowhere to sit or anything to do. Needless to say, when her lease is up, she is out of there! The only positive thing she took away from this experience is that she only need give a 60 day notice to vacate at anytime. Wonder what will happen should she decide to leave early? Pros: In Klein school district, close to Pauls Pizza Cons: Poor Management, poor customer service, poor upkeep of apt units. more

Me and my wife lived at Falcon Ridge for 12 months on a 13 month lease. We had just got married and it was our first place together, unfortunatly.First of all, the apartent they showed us was much nicer than the one they stuck us in. Secondly, a few days after the beginning of the month they go around and put big orange stickers (which are a pain to get off) on everyones car whos tags are expired. We knew we were definatly going to move out at the end of our lease and they require at least a two month move out notice. We tried to let them know we were leaving about three months early and they sent us a letter rejecting our paper letting them know we were leaving at the end of our lease saying you had to let them know exactly two months early, to the day. In general any time you went to the office the ladies were rude and very unhelpful, except for the weekend lady. People were at the pool all hours of the night playing loud music and being very loud. We paid for out rent through the end of August but left two and a half weeks early, having paid the whole month, but found out they were already in our apartment repainting one week later while we still had a week left that we paid for. When we called and asked them why they were in our apartment they said it was in our contract that they could go in there and start painting whenever they wanted, then later called and apologized saying theier painters had accidently gone into and painted the wrong apartment( yea right). If they had been fair and friendly this would not have been a big deal, but after they gave us such a hard time and were very unfriendly and unhelpfil in every aspect we found this unacceptable. With the prices of gas going up and up, I finally decided to make the plunge and move to Spring to be closer to work. There are tons of apartments out here and I chose Falcon Ridge. I was nervous about how things would turn out, but so far so good. I moved into my aparment on July 7th. My only real complaint was that it could have been a bit cleaner, and there were a few things left undone. My first few days here I had to call the office often (mostly to come check my A/C) but within minutes the maintenence guys were here fixing things. There was an old built in microwave left in my apartment. It was ugly and broken. I requested it to be removed and came home that night to a brand new hood exhaust/light and the eyesore was gone. Best part was the guys didn't leave a huge mess for me to clean up, and it was done quickly. Just today I noticed my A/C was not cooling properly. I called, left a message, and within 5 minutes got a call back from maintenence. Within another 10 minutes he was here and my A/C is now blowing cool again. It's quiet and clean here. The grounds are kept nice and the office staff is nice every time I call. No place is perfect and when you live in apartments with so many other residence you should expect to get annoyed from time to time. I looked at alot of places out here in Spring. I would highly recommend Falcon Ridge Apartments. I am a satisfied renter thus far. I don't think that will change. :-) Pros: Lots of places to eat out here, shopping close by, not far from 45 Cons: none yet that I can see more

My husband and I bought a house so we found a friend who was willing to rent our apartment for the last 5 months of are lease. The contract says subleasing is allowed if they approve it so when we went to do the paperwork they told us they wouldn't let us do it. They weren't going to lose any money but they still didn't want to help us. They questioned are judgement about buying a house and treated us like we were criminals. I've never missed a payment or caused any problems for them. In fact, I even referred to friends who now rent from them. Still, they would not offer us any compassion or help. They turned the situation very ugly and have left us with very unhappy memories of Falcon Ridge Apartments. Pros: Next to Pizza Zone, Big Deck, Big Closet Cons: Bath in Bedroom Only, No Close Parking, Unhelpful Management more
