My husband and I are moving after 2yrs here, at first it was nice but it has gotten horrible. Management will not take responsibility for anything, there response is it is out of my hands, the staff changes every months so if you spoke with some one the month before they are not there to back it up a week later. Besides the drug exchanges late at night in the parking lot, the office staff is RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL. THE PROPERTY MANGERS CALLED MY HUSBAND AND I NAMES, REFUSED TO SPEAK WITH US. we are moving, had a few issues about last month rent and comely spoke with there staff, then the next day tried to pay up our late fees, they manager denied speaking with me the day before and refused to speak with me.
I could go on for days, but the staff is terrible and does not care about the well being of there residents
