My husband and I bought a house so we found a friend who was willing to rent our apartment for the last 5 months of are lease. The contract says subleasing is allowed if they approve it so when we went to do the paperwork they told us they wouldn't let us do it. They weren't going to lose any money but they still didn't want to help us. They questioned are judgement about buying a house and treated us like we were criminals. I've never missed a payment or caused any problems for them. In fact, I even referred to friends who now rent from them. Still, they would not offer us any compassion or help. They turned the situation very ugly and have left us with very unhappy memories of Falcon Ridge Apartments.
Pros: Next to Pizza Zone, Big Deck, Big Closet
Cons: Bath in Bedroom Only, No Close Parking, Unhelpful Management
