I would not recommend this store to anybody. I have had a very bad experience at the store. Especially when you are in the store, stay away from a lady called SUNNY. she is a big time cheater. She gave me an original quote of $500 - $700 for drapes in one room, next day when i went to the store to finalise the order guss the final price she gave me, It was $3200 !! which is no where close to the approximate quote given to me initlally. Also entire DFW area charges (mostly) $35 for measurement, but this lady charged me $100 which is ridiculous. she is not TRUSTWORTHY at all. more

I also do not recommend this store unless you know fabrics and are doing the work yourself or having a third party do it. Shopping there is not a good experience: The people know very little about fabrics (none of them knew what ""toile"" is); they are rude and careless about cutting. They approximately measure w/o taking down the roll unless you ask them to measure on the table. There is only one person to check you out even if there is a line. They play loud music, apparently to please the staff and not to create a pleasing atmosphere. They do have a wide selection at decent prices, so again, if you are textile knowledgeable you may get a good buy. I would not trust them with my project. Go to Berkley, south on Midway, for professional work. more

I would never recommend this business. They are not part of the Better Business Bureau. I purchased fabric from this company to have my antique Chippendale couch. I let them pick up the couch. When they loaded the couch into their van, one of the guys dropped the back down in a odd angle. I asked if he just broke the back leg off. He denied it. I drove to the business to review the cost of the upholstering. They padded the price with three extra yards of fabric. I found the couch in pieces. Not only did they break off the back leg I thought, they broke the second one too. When I confronted the manager, he and the pick up guy said the leg was previously broken. I noted the issue of padding the number of yard of fabric; Juan Carlos immediately took off the extra three yards. The couch was delivered four hours late. They had either broken the leg in transit and/or put the back leg on with the leg angled under the couch. I confront them on the issue. Men came to pick up the couch and take it back to the office. I arrived at the office just as they unloaded the couch. They had already broken the leg off again. I confronted Juan Calos with the issue. I also spoke with Tang Kang, owner of the business. He was clueless. Juan Carlos attempted to lie about the situation. I stressed the truth. Juan Carlos said they would rebuild a new leg for the couch. I told them I wanted the same leg on the couch. We agreed on a delivery date. I took off work early to accept the couch. When it didn't arrive I called. Juan Carlos said it was not ready. I took off work the next week and waited. I told Juan Carlos everytime we spoke that his staff would have to call so I could let them into the gate. Once again, I had to call after the time they were to arrive. Juan Carlos said they were outside waiting for me, because they couldn't get into the gate. The brought the couch in. The leg was replaced, even after I told him not to replace it and it was not stained. To add further insult to injury, they scuffed up the front legs. This nightmare never ends. more
