On time, professional, knowledgable and clean 7/28/2013

Our water heater got to the point where it needed to be replace. We contacted Home Depot for options and learned that they offered installation through Fast Water Heater. Our technician arrived promptly and was very personable, professional and qualified to install our new water heater. Matt was not only able to confirm that it needed to be replaced but he was able to determine why it failed quickly (back flow tank was never pressurized at the time of original install). Matt also answered any/all questions and still got the job done in less than two hours and left the area cleaner than when he arrived. We would definitely recommend Fast Water Heater Company. more

New 75 Gallon Gas WH 7/16/2013

Had a new gas 75 gallon water heater installed this past week. Called on a Saturday and was able to get a technician out on Sunday. He arrived on time, was friendly, and competent. He explained the job to me beforehand, and answered my questions. Very professional and no pressure to buy. He was not able to start the work that day because he did not have the proper safety strapping for the large water heater but was able to return the next day. The work was completed (removed old and installed new gas WH plus had to extend piping) in less than 1.5 hours. Worked quickly and very professional. Have used the Fast Heater Company a couple of times now and have been satisfied every time. more

Great Service 7/14/2013

We needed a new water heater - and Fast was awesome! Not only were they prompt - they were also very knowledgeable. The process was easy - they took away the old and installed a new water heater within two hours. Besides the water heater- they made sure the everything was up to current code. water heater replacement 7/3/2013

Brandon, the installer, was here at 9:00 am per schedule to remove and replace our leaking 23 year old hot water heater. At 11:00, he had made the switch, completed the paperwork and finished in the two hour window the company schedules. Great job! more

The technician did a superb job: great explanations, timely service, quality work. He replaced my old water heater with a new one. Our contract was through Home Depot, and FAST Water Heater Company did a great job. I recommend them. more

Hot water tank 6/21/2013

Our hot water tank was leaking, we went to Home Depot, they connected us with Fast Water Heater Company. Rich came the next day and replaced our old tank. He was professional and answered all of the questions. more

Great Honest Company 5/23/2013

I had just bought a new home, and sure enough the water heater goes out. I called Home Depot which referred me to Fast Water Heater. I called at 4pm, and they were at my house by 9am the next morning. I thought I was going to have to buy a brand new water heater, but they were honest and informed me mine was still under manufacture warranty and there would be no charge for the water heater just the install. (which the last water heater Co. failed to mention and was going to charge me to buy a new one plus pay install). Great and Fast service, they installed the new water heater and brought it up to code. Reasonable pricing and very nice Tech was sent out. I would highly reccomend Fast Water Heater Company! more

Holding true to their name, they certainly were fast at coming out the next day to install a new water heater. Everyone we encountered from scheduling to service was friendly and professional. The technician spent a lot of time showing my husband the in's and out's of the water heater which was really helpful. We would recommend this company to others looking for water heater service. more

My water heater developed a slow leak so I went to Home Depot to find a replacement. Home Depot referred me to Fast Water Heaters for installation. Fast Water Heater Company was able to deliver and install the water heater the same day at a very competitive price. The technician was Mitch T. He arrived on time and did an awesome job with the installation and getting my system up to current code. He answered my numerous questions and was very professional. I would defintely refer Fast Water Heater Company to my friends and relatives. more

Fast Water Heater Company and their Warranty 3/4/2013

We used Fast Water Heater Co about 6 yrs ago for a new water heater. When we noticed a leak it in August 2012 we were happy to find that it was still under warranty & could be replaced for free, with a cost of approx $400+ for labor and a County permit. When Chris B was done we had a bill for $924.85. Not only did we pay twice as much as we were expecting but our pipes now ping and the upstairs bathroom cold water tap starts cold and then warms up. Not what we were expecting and I would recommend against this company (and they offered me a $25 rebate to place 2 reviews which they are will regret when they read my 2 reviews). more

Good Service 2/11/2013

Fast, friendly service. High quality installation and good cleanup after. It appears the sales people on the phone are trained to only quote the basic installation. Be prepared to pay several hundred more if you are replacing an older heater without earthquake straps, an expansion tank, grounding wires or a drip pan. more

Fast water Heater installed a unit for me without a hitch. Price was fair, installation was fast and painless. Up front estimate matched the end installation cost, who would have thought !! They brought everything up to current code to pass inspection for Bellevue tight requirements. I highly recommend their services, which are refereed by Home Depot. more

Fast Water Heater Company 1/24/2013

I recently needed to replace my hot water heater and I was referred to Fast Water Heater Company. The first thing I did was to check with the Better Business Bureau to see how well the company had performed in the past. They had an "A" rating which was a very good sign, in my opinion. The company sent out a very professional individual named Brandon C. who did an excellent job of laying out the entire replacement procedure in plain English. At no time did I feel coerced or misled. He was very patient with my many questions and in the end did exactly what he said he was going to do. The job looked neat and secure. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anybody I know. more

Called Home Depot installation # and Fast Water Heater Co. scheduled an appt. that day. The Technician, Mitch arrived ahead of schedule so we were finished sooner than expected. Mitch was professional, answered all of our questions, and explained what he was doing and the estimated costs before doing the work. I would highly recommend this company. Excellent Service and Price 1/12/2013

My water heater broke late in the afternoon on Thursday. After getting quotes from two other companies, I call Home Depot. They connected me to FAST Water Heater Company, and I found their prices to be better than the first two places I had contacted, for a similar hot water heater. The technician arrived the next day, at the beginning of the two hour window I had been given. He assessed my situation and found my set up to be out of code (which I was aware of). I had the option of brining my hot water tank set up, up to code or not because of the location of my home. He did not pressure me to purchase anything I was not required to purchase. I had him explain what the 'code requirement' items actually did, and opted to add them. He gave me a new quote, and the cost was still a bit less than the quotes I got from the other companies I had contacted. The technician was awesome. He was pleasant to deal with, and had the water heater installed quickly. I am very impressed with this company and would recommend them to everyone! more
