My water heater broke late in the afternoon on Thursday. After getting quotes from two other companies, I call Home Depot. They connected me to FAST Water Heater Company, and I found their prices to be better than the first two places I had contacted, for a similar hot water heater.
The technician arrived the next day, at the beginning of the two hour window I had been given. He assessed my situation and found my set up to be out of code (which I was aware of). I had the option of brining my hot water tank set up, up to code or not because of the location of my home. He did not pressure me to purchase anything I was not required to purchase. I had him explain what the 'code requirement' items actually did, and opted to add them. He gave me a new quote, and the cost was still a bit less than the quotes I got from the other companies I had contacted.
The technician was awesome. He was pleasant to deal with, and had the water heater installed quickly.
I am very impressed with this company and would recommend them to everyone!
