What a great experience. Just like other reviewers, I had a very positive experience with zack from Express. My heating system was functioning intermittently and I called him to come look at it. Not only was he EARLY, after texting me 30 mins prior to arrival but he thoroughly evaluated the system, found the part that is most likely (but not 100% certain) the culprit, tightened, cleaned and otherwise tuned up my system. Since he didn't actually swap out the part he didn't charge me for it, despite my protesting. Eventually, the part will fail and will need to be replaced and I will be sure to call him.\r \r It was a 5 star, 1st class, great experience!!\r more

A Big Thank You for the 1am emergency service call! I had to have an emergency service call after midnight for no heat! I had my newborn Grandson staying with me & was so worried. the tech zack come out & he repaired my Furnace in under 1 1/2 hrs & his van was fully stocked w/ every part he needed. Great service by david from express, he and his crew were professional as can be. He gave an affordable estimate and did a great clean job. His crew showed up on time and worked hard throughout the day, they made sure to put blankets and tarp all over the floors to not scratch anything or leave a mess. My AC and heater work great, i couldnt of asked for better service more

I called these guys over after my husband found them online. They came over and started inspecting my colling unit in the back yard. After 5 minutes they told me that i need to replace the fan becasue it was ""weak"" . This was going to cost me $850!!! I told them that i would think about it and then called around and ended up getting the job done for $275. They probably get away with this on a daily basis and so i felt obliged to place a review. Do not use these people. more

I was very pleased with their service. The technician that they sent was very knowledgeable, kind and it took him no time at all to fix my unit. Once the job started he wont stop till the job was completed. Their web-site is very informative too, the best in Los Angeles. I was so pleased with the final result of the project. more

My brother recommended these guys. I needed to have my air conditioning system replaced. They were very good at identifying exactly what I wanted and explaining my options.\r I shopped around for other bids, I felt most comfortable with express refrigeration and the services and guarantees the offered up front.\r I'm very pleased with my decision, the installation went as planned, they cleaned up good after the work was done. Forced Air Heating System - Repair 12/29/2010

I can't say enough about david. When he and zack came to my place, the problem was beyond their expertise. Rather than waste time, energy and money, they admitted that it was a problem they didn't handle (electrical rather than air conditioning).zack called me later on that night and informed me of some troubleshooting I could do on my own to save me 500-600 bucks. In this economic environment, turning down a paying customer to truly help him was about the most refreshing experience I could have. I highly recommend zack for his honesty, integrity and customer service. Bravo! more

Quick response time, flexibility, highly skilled crew and excellent customer service are the main reasons why EXPRESS is highly recommended. As a DIY individual, EXPRESS helped me finish up the installation, and performed the start-up process for a ductless mini split AC project. Robert and his crew were very responsive and did an exceptionally high quality work. more

Nice and professional 11/3/2010

I called express because my air conditioning had always made a loud noise when it turned on and I wasn't sure whether this was normal or not. On the morning of my appt, the guy from the main office gave me a call letting me know that they were on there way, which I appreciated. The worker that came to my home, Alan, was timely and let me know that there was nothing wrong, but that I had a dirty filter. He informed me that I had a washable filter (which I didn't know) so it did not have to be replaced for many years. He showed me how to clean it and put a temporary filter in so my washable one could dry. He was very nice, professional and personable. At the end, they gave me a much lower rate because I live near their office and my issue was minor. They charged me $68 for the service and only $5 for the filter. which is cheaper than Home Depot. I offered Alan a tip at the end, but he declined it saying he was 'just doing his job'. I thought this was very honest and impressive. I even called the main line to let them know how satisfied I was with the service. I definitely recommend this company to others! more
