What a great experience. Just like other reviewers, I had a very positive experience with zack from Express. My heating system was functioning intermittently and I called him to come look at it. Not only was he EARLY, after texting me 30 mins prior to arrival but he thoroughly evaluated the system, found the part that is most likely (but not 100% certain) the culprit, tightened, cleaned and otherwise tuned up my system. Since he didn't actually swap out the part he didn't charge me for it, despite my protesting. Eventually, the part will fail and will need to be replaced and I will be sure to call him.\r

It was a 5 star, 1st class, great experience!!\r
