I can't say enough about david. When he and zack came to my place, the problem was beyond their expertise. Rather than waste time, energy and money, they admitted that it was a problem they didn't handle (electrical rather than air conditioning).zack called me later on that night and informed me of some troubleshooting I could do on my own to save me 500-600 bucks. In this economic environment, turning down a paying customer to truly help him was about the most refreshing experience I could have. I highly recommend zack for his honesty, integrity and customer service. Bravo!
