Wish all of my vendors were this good! 5/23/2011

After 15 years in the Real Estate Industry it was a refreshing pleasure to work with Executive Restoration and David Snell. My client was selling a house that was over 50 years old with one owner and not many updates, needless to say there were moisture and mold issues that had to be addressed. David and his team worked with me and my client to identify and resolve the issues in a timely manner and at an affordable price. The team also identified the “emotional” nature of the transaction and gave the appropriate amount of respect to the situation. In the end, we were able to list and sell the house faster than any others in the neighborhood and I contribute the results in large part to the services that were performed by Executive Restoration. Thanks guys for your hard work and can do attitude, if all vendors were like you, my life would be infinitely easier! Warmest Regards, Dan Black Broker, ERA Knight Realty Charlotte, NC more

Mold inspection saved us a lot on a new office! 5/12/2011

Without a doubt, this was the most helpful process to our curiosity, of a property we were looking to purchase. These guys were absolutely amazing! They busted out their gadget(s) and started scanning all around including the crawlspace. I was able to peek a few times to see the wild array of coloring and mold spots. Come to find out, the place we were wanting to buy was mold infested, had serious electrical problems and had foundation issues. They saved us BIG Money! more

Excellent! 5/19/2010

Here is a letter I just wrote to Executive Restoration. Please read if you're considering having someone rip out walls to find a leak. Dear David, I'd like to thank you so much for your attention to detail, your professionalism and your ability to diagnose a problem that so many have failed to diagnose. In May of 2008 there was a hail storm in my neighborhood. Unbeknownst to me, I incurred damage to my roof and was not aware of the damage until early 2010. The only thing I did notice was that some water damage showed up in the floor and vanity cabinet of my bathroom in the early summer of 2008. The damage was the worst was near the toilet, so I had a plumber come in and reseal the toilet, yet the problem persisted. By the summer of 2008 I was diagnosed with asthma and other breathing difficulties that doctors had trouble diagnosing. By the fall I had to go on disability and have only been able to work sporadically since that time. Once my neighborhood became aware of the hail damage, we all began having our roofs replaced – me included. My insurance inspector said that the damage to the bathroom was unrelated to my roof issue. He suspected the leak was coming from the concrete slab and suggested I call a plumber. I knew that insurance would only cover a burst pipe and not a leaking one. Fearing the worst, I delayed calling. When mold began growing on my vanity, I knew something needed to be done, so I called Executive Restoration. The owner, David thoroughly explained the process to me over the phone. Robert was immediately sent over and through the use of infared scanning and a thorough inspection, he was able to clearly see what the insurance inspector, the plumber and the roofer had missed. The damage was from the roof! The water had traveled through the interior of the wall and down the outside of a pipe to the bathroom floor. There was no plumbing issue at all! Thank God I didn't waste money having a plumber come in and rip out walls and flooring to find nothing. I will forever be grateful to Executive Restoration for resolving a problem that persisted for two years. I can now look forward to regaining my health and not having to worry about paying for thousands of dollars worth of damage to my home. Thank you, Executive Restoration! You are awesome! Great experience. Easy to work with and very professional. 2/10/2010

Executive Restoration got called on a job that I had been on through work, which was how I first heard about them. I was the liaison on this job, which had to do with a claim that involved damage, and I was impressed with how very understanding they were. They worked well with my customer, had a lot of empathy, and answered all of the questions. They listened to what I had to say, and they were upfront and honest when I asked questions. That night, when I came home from the job, my house was flooded because my AC had broken. I called them and asked if they worked with insurance, which they said they did. It was 8 p.m. and they came right over and got all of the water out of my house. I have worked with a lot of water and restoration companies, and some do not even show up when you need them. Some companies subcontract the work out. Executive Restoration is reliable and does not subcontract the work out...they come and do it themselves. They are thorough and reasonable priced. On time, very professional, excellent quality of work. 1/25/2010

Executive Restoration is the best. They were easy to get along with and knew what they were doing. We had a flood and they came out right away to do some restoration work for us. They were on time, very professional, and the quality of work was excellent. Everything turned out better than I expected, 110 percent. I would recommend Executive Restoration to anybody who wants someone knowledgeable to do the work. I will definitely continue to use their service. Sam McCall more
