After 15 years in the Real Estate Industry it was a refreshing pleasure to work with
Executive Restoration and David Snell. My client was selling a house that was over 50
years old with one owner and not many updates, needless to say there were moisture and mold
issues that had to be addressed. David and his team worked with me and my client to
identify and resolve the issues in a timely manner and at an affordable price. The team
also identified the “emotional” nature of the transaction and gave the appropriate amount
of respect to the situation. In the end, we were able to list and sell the house faster
than any others in the neighborhood and I contribute the results in large part to the
services that were performed by Executive Restoration. Thanks guys for your hard work and
can do attitude, if all vendors were like you, my life would be infinitely easier!
