Review content:
Executive Restoration got called on a job that I had been on through work, which was how I first heard about them. I was the liaison on this job, which had to do with a claim that involved damage, and I was impressed with how very understanding they were. They worked well with my customer, had a lot of empathy, and answered all of the questions. They listened to what I had to say, and they were upfront and honest when I asked questions.
That night, when I came home from the job, my house was flooded because my AC had broken. I called them and asked if they worked with insurance, which they said they did. It was 8 p.m. and they came right over and got all of the water out of my house.
I have worked with a lot of water and restoration companies, and some do not even show up when you need them. Some companies subcontract the work out. Executive Restoration is reliable and does not subcontract the work out...they come and do it themselves. They are thorough and reasonable priced.
