I was recently in the market for a BMW and focused on one at European motors. After reading the reviews on this site I was expecting the worst. When I arrived to the dealership to check out the car I was greeted by both the salesperson (SAM) and the owner (Russell), which were both very nice and helpful. Upon seeing the vehicle I quickly asked for the Carfax (like in the commercial) and after five minutes Sam produced one. I noticed the car wasn't in perfect condition and quickly reminded myself this was a USED car. Brand new this car is totally out of my price range, hence the reason I decided going used. Sam looked over the car with me and pointed out everything with the car. There were some minor scratches on the rear bumper and the check engine light was on, but the car looked good after 60,000 miles. I expressed my concern over the check engine light, Sam assured me they would send it to BMW before I bought it (Which they did). I was expecting a rough time negotiating, but everything went smooth and I got a great deal. Sam was also very helpful with the financing, since my credit was so-so. Overall I rate my experience with European Motors a positive one. My advice to anyone buying a car ,especially a used one, is to do your REASEARCH. The car looks and runs great and I'm very pleased with my purchase, and wouldn't hesitate going back in the future. I can't say the negative reviews on here are false, but maybe a little exaggerated. If European Motors has a car you are interested in, they are definitely worth your time. more

Picked up a 2007 BMW off of Autotrader. Spencer was my salesperson. We set up the deal and then had the car out the door in about two hours. Great price, car as promised and everything was clearly disclosed. Two months later and no issues, very satisfied with my purchase. Very likely to do business again - give them a shot. I bought my Sequoia from Spencer off of eBay. He was a nice to work with, and the vehicle was described very accurately. I purchased a BMW from this dealer in 2008. They did not disclose the car was a LEMON buyback from California. They hide the Lemon text on the page you have to sign. The guys are straight crooks. Cons: Sell Lemmons illegally more

I searched for about 3 weeks for my car before finding it at European Motors. I called and talked to the salesman who knew alot about Infiniti's. My wife and I went there a few days later and drove home in my new (to me) Infiniti QX56. They are fair people and I feel like I got a great deal. I'm a little paranoid about not getting a good deal, so I looked online a lot (ebay, craigslist, etc.) and went to 10 to 12 dealerships. A few dealerships ruled themselves out because they'd bring in one of those annoying ""closers"" to close the deal and I'd just be out of there. It was a pain driving all over the metroplex (I live in Mesquite), but I ended up buying my Audi from European Motors because they had the best price for the car I wanted. I took it to a mechanic and it was completely clean. The guy I worked with was very respectful and knew his stuff. I just purchased my 2006 Infiniti M35 from European Motors. This was the easiest and best car purchase experience I've had in 35 years. I was a little sceptical after reading some of the other reviews but I thought I would give them a shot. They went above and beyond to earn my business. I will be refering all my friends and family to them. Unfortunately its impossible to make everyone happy, but they did a great job with my sale. Kudos European Motors!
