I purchased my second vehicle from European Motors located in Plano, Tx. and will definitely be back for my Daughters first vehicle next year. The first vehicle I purchased was a C320 Mercedes and never had any issues whatsoever for six years, fantastic car. The second vehicle is a Infiniti G37S purchased in August, 2013 and again, has been a wonderful car. I appreciate a Dealership that doesnt use high pressure sales tactics and truely lets you browse the lot in peace. The after sale service from Sam was excellent, a scratch on the door was fully repaired after the sale (not noticed until afterwards). I can attest Sam and European Motors certainly did not have to fully repair the door however; they went over and above what was expected. The financing was a breeze with Naz and she was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend European Motors and will certainly be back for not only my Daughters first vehcile but my third one as well. more

Beware the negative reviews on Google and others, as there is a reason for them. Salesman Sam would not come tell us he couldn't give us the price that another dealer was offering us for our trade, instead sent the owner over to tell us we should leave, because there was no way they could get to that #. Owner would not even hand me my keys. Stuck them in car door, and walked away. Meanwhile, Sam watched thru the window as this all transpired. Most insane car-buying experience Ive been a part of. We bought same vehicle two hours later at Frank Kent, and received exactly what we were expecting for trade. more

Dishonest Dealership 2/3/2013

Stay away from this dealership. They sold a car to me with a false car fax report then when I discovered it later they refused to make any kind of restitution. The owner refused to even meet with me. Take your hard earned dollars elsewhere its not worth the risk!!!\r Dr. G more

My husband and I were in the search for a Cadillac SRX, European Motors had the best deal around. Before we drove to plano I called to make sure the car was still there. I spoke with Hoyt, he was very kind and not pushy during any point in our conversation. My husband and I arrived with our 2 year old, everyone was so welcoming and made an effort to make her and us feel comfortable. We drove the Cadillac and fell in love, the loan process was quick and simple. Naz guided us through the process and made us feel comfortable and free to ask questions. They are also amazing after the sale! We went back to have a button on the dash replaced, and were greeted with a smile and a positive attitude. She even asked about toddler who did not go that time! I will definetly recomdend European Motors to anyone who will listen! more

Amazing experience at European Motors. Ive bought three cars from them! Never a dull moment, as sales manager Sam has such an awesome personality. When i went in for financing, i was greeted by Naz who does the financing. Shes great! We love you Naz!! We also loved the owners sense of humor. Recently purchased a 2009 Mini Cooper Convertible from Sam at European Motors. We live in Jacksonville, FL and purchased long distance. Sam answered all of our questions and provided additional information during our search. The car arrived with a damaged tire and dings in the windshield which Sam had replaced at no charge. Sam even recommended great financing at the lowest rates I could find. I would recommend European Motors for your next car purchase. Rick more

If you are looking to buy a very nice car. I would recommend European Motors. Ask for Sam, this man has more patients and is so pleasent to work with. If anything he needs a promotion or a big bonus after working with me!!! When we went there I wanted to trade my Lexus for a BMW, after driving the BMW for a day, I realized I didn't care for it as much as I thought. So, I emailed Sam and he said no problem we can get you in another car that you will like! The next day Sam got us approved for a different car and I could not be more happier! I know from now on where we will be buying our cars. more

This was the best car buying experience 6/8/2012

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. No hassle, great service. I had looked around some and had a list of several Mazda RX8s to look at, but once I started working with Hoyt and Sam I knew I had found a dealership that I would come back to again and again for my vehicles. Highly recommended! Very professional. Worked on getting me the best deal without trying to ""just make a sale"" - felt like they had my best interest at heart. Everyone at this dealership works together and were very involved in the process. Thank you! more

Best Car Buying Experience! 3/31/2012

Buying our Porsche at European Motors was simply the best buying experience we could have hoped for. Sam Javaherian was a pleasure to work with. I am currently deployed to Afghanistan and asked my wife to look into buying a car from this dealership. She is located in Louisiana and despite being separated by hundreds of miles, Sam made all the arrangements to ensure we had the information we needed to make an informed decision and felt comfortable buying a car sight unseen. This dealership understands the importance of taking care of the customer and standing behind their product. This is the first time we had not wondered if we were getting a fair shake as we finalized the deal - the experience was a pleasure. Will never buy another car anywhere else!! 3/19/2012

After months of searching....From Austin to Houston to Dallas, I ended up purchasing my Jaguar from European Motors and had an incredible experience. I went to several dealerships before buying and I was not impressed. My entire experience was non-stressful! My salesperson, Sam, was very professional, knowledgeable, personable and worked very hard to make me happy. They have the best selection of high-end cars with the best prices. Great car buying experience 3/16/2012

Great experience. I saw a car they had on Craigslist, and when I walked on the lot Sam gave me the keys and told me to have fun. No hassle, no sales pressure, just a solid, people oriented bunch of guys. Granted, I knew what I wanted going in, but the whole deal took less than a hour. They sell high quality cars at a fair price. The car was really clean and exactly what they advertised. The owner is a christian man and runs his business accordingly. The service mgr came out and talked to me after I had bought it (without provocation), and told me what he had done to service the car, and asked me to call him if I had any questions about the car. It is a great place to buy a car. more

I have to admit I was skeptical about purchasing a car that wasn't from a dealership but the online ad got my attention. Hoyt was my sales person & really worked with me to make the sale. He was pleasant & not pushy at all. Everything they promised was done & we are very happy with the car we purchased. Naz, who handled the financial part, was extremely nice & made me feel confident about the purchase. I live out of town but wanted to put new tires on car before I went home. Discount Tire across the street, had to order them & it would be several days, so Hoyt gave me the name of some guys he'd worked with at Affordable Tires on Whitlock Ln. in Carrolton. Their place was at an industrial park, but Scott & Greg were awesome!! They found the tires I wanted locally & had them ready to put on & did a great job. I wish I lived in the Dallas area so I could use them every time we have tire needs. Thanks to all. more

Best Buying Experience EVER!!!!!! 2008 Infiniti G37S 1/22/2012

My name is Russell Brown and I live in the northeast/texarkana texas region of the state. I was the previous owner of a 2007 Nissan maxima. Now, I have to admit: the maxima I own(ed) in my opinion was one of the cleanest I had ever seen but I felt like making a dramatic change in my driving experience. So, I started searching the internet for sports cars. mind you , I live approximately three hours away from the Dallas area!!! At first , I looked at the BMW 335i but then I noticed that the Infiniti G37S had more gadgets and gizmos to suit my liking. I talked with salesman Hoyt Skyrme for about almost a week (via email and by phone) before I actually got to European Motors. Hoyt treated me with such calmness,class, and professionalism, that when I left I felt like as if I were a part of their family. They gave me a great deal on my trade-in. I even had the opportunity of meeting the owner and actually shaking his hand. That?s something extremely rare to find in this day and time with a lot of businesses not being near as personable towards the customer. Overall, I could not have asked for a better buying experience and every car I purchase in the future, Hoyt and the guys will forever have my business. If your in the market for a vehicle, don't hesitate to ask for Hoyt and check these guys out, because you will leave a different person or like I was; smiling from ear to ear all the way home!!!! more
