Leonard first visited my home to determine the proper size water heater that was needed, obtained that and needed supplies, and returned to complete the removal of the old water heater and installation of the new one. He worked diligently and cleaned the work area afterward. The work was professionally done. more

I would like to give a special thank you to my Service Pro……Trinity Helms. A very high rating to Mr. Helms. He arrived 15 minutes early for the appointment. Mr. Helms was very professional in every sense of the word. He was very confident in his job and was very thorough in explaining what services were needed. Mr. Helms left several “fyi” tips for me that will help me in the future. Upon arriving to work I was telling my co-workers about the services received. They asked if I had a business card and told me to be sure and hold on to the card in case they needed these type services. In looking for a Plumbing Service I wasn’t sure who to call. I saw one company’s advertisement on TV and thought I would contact them. However, before leaving for work earlier this week, I noticed the ER Plumbing advertisement. I decided to check both companies website for more information. I would like it say that ER Plumbing’s website really impressed me. Wow...finally a company and technician (Richard P) who deliver more than they promise. I used a general contractor during my home remodeling and installed two tankless water heaters. I called him back numerous times due to lack of hot water, system error codes and overall poor system performance. When the cold weather set in early in January the warm water disappeared altogether. I called another contractor in after checking with the local gas company for authorized service techs and his solution was to reposition the units to separate places in the house and re-pipe the supply lines at a cost of thousands. I decided to get a second opinion and found ER Plumbing on the manufacturers website. I scheduled an appointment and Richard P arrived on time and in uniform. He took some time to get the history of the problem from me, looked through the house to see for himself where the hot water is needed and then conducted a few tests on the hot water system to determine where the problem might be. As Richard conducted one of the last tests I went to the farthest bathroom from the unit and turned on the hot water....voila! Hot water....and I mean HOT water....for the first time. In what turned out to be a very complicated problem with gas pressure, gas regulators and pipe sizes Richard figured out the problem was not enough gas pressure and designed a fix to deliver the proper amount of gas to each unit. Excellent troubleshooting skills. When he left that day we had hot water for the entire house using only one unit and plan from Richard to return and complete the fix with some parts he had to get. When he returned that Monday to complete the fix it turned out the entire gas supply to the house was regulated in such a way that only one tankless system could operate. Richard again designed a fix. Using another regulator and some dedicated piping Richard delivered the needed amount of gas to each unit while not changing the gas supply to the rest of the house. The water from the washing machine was backing up in the shower. Terry was prompt, snaked the shower and ran the water in the washing machine to check. more

Hat's off for a fine job done and outstanding customer service provided by Service Pro Jeff. On 11/3/2015, Jeff came to my home to service a problem that I had encountered. Not only did Jeff do an outstanding job resolving the issue but he took the time to carefully show and explain to me every step that he was taking in the process. Thorough, professional, knowledgeable and courteous are just a few of the words describing the manner in which Jeff went about his work. I am very grateful for the wonderful job done by Jeff and will not hesitate to contact E.R. Plumbing for any future issues that I may encounter. more

All we needed was a leak with us on a fixed income I was devastated, but it happened. I called ER Plumbing for they helped us in the past with a new water heater. Melissa at the office was so understanding and when Jason came to repair he knew exactly where the leak was and proceeded to repair. We had a great time with Jason, very personable.
