I would like to give a special thank you to my Service Pro……Trinity Helms. A very high rating to Mr. Helms. He arrived 15 minutes early for the appointment. Mr. Helms was very professional in every sense of the word. He was very confident in his job and was very thorough in explaining what services were needed. Mr. Helms left several “fyi” tips for me that will help me in the future. Upon arriving to work I was telling my co-workers about the services received. They asked if I had a business card and told me to be sure and hold on to the card in case they needed these type services.
In looking for a Plumbing Service I wasn’t sure who to call. I saw one company’s advertisement on TV and thought I would contact them. However, before leaving for work earlier this week, I noticed the ER Plumbing advertisement. I decided to check both companies website for more information. I would like it say that ER Plumbing’s website really impressed me. I felt the website was more “welcoming” and very detailed in the information about the services offered. Thank you again for fine the services received.
