Hat's off for a fine job done and outstanding customer service provided by Service Pro Jeff. On 11/3/2015, Jeff came to my home to service a problem that I had encountered. Not only did Jeff do an outstanding job resolving the issue but he took the time to carefully show and explain to me every step that he was taking in the process. Thorough, professional, knowledgeable and courteous are just a few of the words describing the manner in which Jeff went about his work. I am very grateful for the wonderful job done by Jeff and will not hesitate to contact E.R. Plumbing for any future issues that I may encounter.
