I have suffered from acne my whole life and have tried everything. I have gone to several different places and spent lots of money only to get zero results. A friend recommended that I try Envy. I loved it! I did a micro laser peel and profractional 3 times and my scars are completely gone!!! Everyone was super nice and friendly. more

I used a groupon deal for a microdermabrasion facial at their new Mendota Heights location. I get facials on a regular basis and by far, this was the worst facial I've ever received. The esthetician was rude, did not seem like she enjoyed her job and what was supposed to be a 1 hour facial was done in about a half hour. When I told her I would like her to look for blackheads and remove them, she suggested that I use the blackhead remover strips at home! I'm never, ever going back there and would NOT recommend this salon to anyone. more

It is hard to believe that with such poor customer service they remain in business. I had laser hair removal on my legs and at the first appointment they brought me into a cold room and she proceeded to pour cold goop all over my legs and began the procedure. The second appointment I waited 45 minutes along with several others because the receptionist had double booked us. They explained that she was being fired at the end of the day. I showed up for my third appointment to find out that the clinic was closed. In addition there was a hard sell to buy a very expensive package after the three sessions i had purchased on living social. No thanks, I would recommend that you keep looking. more

Customer Service was outstanding! Very good prices. A bit busy and chaotic, so not as relaxing as I would like. I go there for results and I have good results and I like the friendly laser techs. I have been to other places that are more expensive and more relaxing but had no results. If they would slow down a little more they would be perfect. Still recommend them. more

The groupon coupon they offer today is for $99 is for one area, neck, face OR hands. And they say this is $600 for a single treatment regularly. So if i want all three, that's $300 on groupon or $1800 !!!!! at regular price.\r \r Well, my normal IPL photofacial place is $350 for one hour, and the nurse does all three areas (face, neck, and hands.. and they throw in a few arm and leg spots to boot) in that hour. I'm astounded that Envy charges $600 for a single area (that's about 20 minutes of time with a technician and machine per area).\r \r I don't recommend this based upon pricing and logistics. It's way out of line compared to my very good Minneapolis provider. \r \r Note: I didn't use their treatment but rather I'm just commenting on the deal. I just think you should be warned that there are other much better deals in the area who provide really good, safe and well trained services and I'll review the shop/nurse I use separately here on Insider. more

I want to honestly say that I am very happy with how I was treated from the meeting, skin analysis and 4 treatments that I have received at Envy. The prices are good and the environment is very calming. The manager Mark was very kind and helpful. Very good experience. more

A very thorough meeting with the manager Courtney, friendly staff, sipped tea while I waited for first treatment. Rochelle gave me a facial. It was very nice! I would for sure recommend the company so far. 8 out of 10 good job. more

I not only research my options I like to inform others of my experiences whether it is good or bad. I will tell that my treatments (four thus far), have been nothing short of wonderful. Thank you to the Manager Rebecca who spent time answering my questions and making me feel comfortable while offering many options to help me with my acne problems. She actually asked me to go home and think about it to make sure I was comfortable with my decision. After two other consults I returned back to Envy Skin Clinic and purchased a package at 50% discounted! Thanks again Rebecca and the Envy staff! I am a client for life! more

Envy Skin clinic did my laser hair removal. They did an excellent job of telling me what was needed and how it would happen. I had treatment on my back and arms (aka the T-shirt). After only 5 treatments showed excellent results. The procedure was not painful and was a comfortable treatment. I am only a few treatments from being hair free and will probably seek more hair removal. I was very impressed with the knowledge and ability of laser tech who did my treatment. Definitely worth the money. more

I am a devoted customer of Envy Skin Clinic. I have had many treatments with them now including Laser hair, as well as many of the skin rejuvenation treatments now over the past 2 years, I can honestly say I wouldn't even dream of going anywhere else anymore. I had severe hyperpigmentation and skin conditions that I had seen other clinics and no one was able to help me with my skin conditions but Envy. Rebecca & the staff there were professional, knowledgeable, and personable and best part is my skin has never loooked better. more

Have had a BBL laser and Profractional laser treatment just within the last week and a half so can't really give review about the results as it takes 2-3 months and a couple treatments to see best results (actually, a few brown spots and red spots did disappear from the first BBL), however, I have been very happy with the staff and was thankful that they spent the time to answer all my questions and concerns and even responding to an email within an hour when I had a last minute question . And when I asked about other procedures not directly related to the laser, they spent the time giving me information about that as well. Yes, it is expensive, but beauty isn't cheap, and if you find it cheap - run the other way! As for the lure of winning a certain amount towards a service, I have found this to be common practice with many spa/clinics as the business needs to promote itself somehow, makes perfect sense to me - gets me in the door to explore my options and I'm happy to have a few bucks taken off. Win/win as far as I'm concerned. And their prices are competitive. The new lasers they use are top of the line and very, very expensive...I did my research. And the staff is experienced, another thing I was nervous about, and made sure I was never too uncomfortable during the procedures. I haven't experienced any sort of re-nigging on anything yet. If it happens, you can be sure I'll let it be known. more

I had purchased a Laser package on Crowd Cut. My first appointment at Envy Skin Clinic was a consultation, which was free(I think they all are)? Anyway, I ended up purchasing an additional three to add to my original three so that I could get the guarantee for the hair removal. I just had my third treatment and I am happy so far. I also went to the Envy Skin doctor for acne, he was knowledgeable but I felt rushed. All in all I Would recomend Envy Ski Clinic. more

My friend suggested that shop around for my sun spots. I must have looked at 10 places and I finally found one one that I liked from the start. Envy Skin Clinic has been a savior If I was to recommend anything it would serving of tea while waiting. more

Envy's Tactic: Set up a booth at a local event. Offer a drawing for a 400 dollar gift certificate. They will then call you and tell you that you have won! At that point they will set up a consultation appointment with you. Pros: I got to sit in a chair Cons: Beware Beware!! Caution Caution!! more
