I have been very pleased with the results. The front desk staff is a bit rushed and does not want to spend much time listening to my concerns. The doctor is very friendly and does offer very good advice and is always moving about and making sure the patients are comfortable. I started going to Envy over a year ago with a coupon for laser hair removal....I have since not only added other areas for hair removal (I'm almost competely hair free, I really don't shave at all anymore! And I was HAIRY!) But have evened out my skin tone and gotten rid of my sun damage and now have started cellulite treatments and LOVE the results! They offer no interest financing so it makes it a doable thing for me to do this. The staff is always very friendly. I'n in the clinic a lot since the cellulite treatments are weekly and feel so great walking in. I''m always greeting with a smile and if they ever are behind they let me know and I don't mind because I like the back waiting room. Its VERY relaxing and I like to read the magazines:) It does get busy there but I realize its because they do have so many lasers and treatment rooms that theres going to always be a lot of clients in and out. They always fit me in when I need an appointment and I really appreciate it because my schedule can get crazy! Thats why I came on here and wrote this. I was being treated for age spots on my face. I went to my family doctor for a check up and was told that the spots they were treating were not age spots but skin cancer. I called to get my money back and was treated rudely by a nurse and was told I had to prove this. I sent the paper work and no one called me back or would return my calls. After shaving the lower back and buttox for years, I decided to check into laser hair removal. After a couple visits at local skin centers I decided to go with Envy. After just 2 sessions I noticed results and now the hair is almost non-existent! I would suggest this place to anyone! more

I love this place! The staff is friendly and very helpful. I did 3 profractional and microlaser peels fo fix my acne scars on my face and the results are amazing! After living with them my whole adult life, I didn't think this would ever be possible to have good skin. Now I feel like a new person. The down time is pretty tough and I look scary for a couple days but it is well worth it! The customer service is great! I received follow up calls after my treatments to check on me and I even got phone calls back from managers when the office was closed! I just got laser hair removal and have had 1 treatment. I'm so excited to see the results! more

I've been going to ENVY for 6 months and have done both skin and hair removal. The hair removal is wonderful! I've done it at other places and it was painful and unseccesful. Ive done 4 sessions and the hair is almost gone and the laser REALLY DOESNT HURT! I only started with one area because I was skeptical because of the lack of results I am now going to add the rest of the areas I want done! I have also had 1 treatment so far of a laser peel and a bbl for all of my sun damage. Was nervous about it since I had never done anything on my skin. Knowing how experianced the staff is helped calm me down and I am so happy I did it! Big change with the 1st session! My friends couldnt believe it! I would HIGHLY reccomend Envy to everyone! more

All I can do is write the experience I had. I allegedly won a $400 gift certificate. What it really is, was a credit toward a much more expensive package which I was not told by the person calling me, and the person I spoke with after I scheduled an appointment. Twice they had an opportunity to tell me it wasn't for any service. Would have used it for a facial to see how professional they were. Not a great thing, told them I got laid off and that still didn't prompt them to give me accurate info. I would not have even scheduled a consultation. more
