Review content:
It is hard to believe that with such poor customer service they remain in business. I had laser hair removal on my legs and at the first appointment they brought me into a cold room and she proceeded to pour cold goop all over my legs and began the procedure. The second appointment I waited 45 minutes along with several others because the receptionist had double booked us. They explained that she was being fired at the end of the day. I showed up for my third appointment to find out that the clinic was closed. In addition there was a hard sell to buy a very expensive package after the three sessions i had purchased on living social. No thanks, I would recommend that you keep looking.
