Raymond is the most selfless individual I know. We had bed bugs in May of 2013. My son brought them home from a friend's house :( Called Enviropro after reading reviews. Raymond answered my call and came to our home within 2 days to assess our situation. (Came even though it was his birthday and his wife had a dinner planned.) He helped us quickly, efficiently, compassionately, and throughly. I would recommend his work with complete confidence. He is highly skilled, experienced, and so very kind to work with. I hope you never have bed bugs but if you do Raymond is the man to call. more

Hired Raymond and his crew after discovering bed bugs in my bedroom some months ago. Raymond came out, confirmed that I had bed bugs and we set up a plan. He didn't try to oversell, recommending only what he thought was needed. I'm a believer in his heat treatment. Minimal use of pesticides. Have had no signs of bed bugs since, which are notoriously tough to get rid off. His crew was polite and helped me, at no charge, with some additional precautions there weren't a part of our service agreement. Raymond kept himself available for questions throughout the process. We have had an increasing ant problem at our semi-rural home. By the time we called for help it was pretty bad. After the initial visit the ants waned but then suddenly we had bigger ones that we had never had in the house before. One call--that's all. No extra charge for the second visit and presto! Problem solved. We are thoroughly satisfied and will definitely recommend. more

To Whom who shall seek an Exterminator, WOW Where to start. First off i would like to say thank you to Enviro Pro for the efforts and dedication that they have done to help our family out in a time of need. Raymond the owner of the company has went above and beyond to take the time to resolve our bed bug problem. In December 2012, Enviro pro came out to do and inspection on our 4 bedroom house the estimates of $3000+ to take care of our problem was something that hit us hard.Struggling since In the summer 2012 we had lost 90 of our belongings in a Three alarm apartment fire that tore us apart. Not knowing what to do, the community family, and friends reached out to help us in our time of need to get back on our feet. Some where some how we had accumulated these pests also known as "BEDBUGS". threw out our house, finding them in the mattresses hiding in cracks of furniture they were a night mare, we spent days trying different methods we found that could possibly take out these annoying pest. It seemed to work. So we decided to move to another house hoping the problem would be left in the past.with all the hours spent we figured that they were gone no bites nothing. After two weeks we noticed few bites, an one crawling across the floor, at that time we knew that we needed to seek professional help. Raymond in shock of all our family had gone threw throughout the year, he had decided that he wanted to reach out to all of us with something he does once a year for a family in need. which he calls "Take a bite out of the holidays" meaning he came in and took time out of his life to help all of us resolve this nasty issue so we would nolonger have to live with these pests and we thank him so very much for that. more than we can even show,tell, or explain. This was the only way to fully eliminate these bugs and there eggs and be able to move forward with our lives pest free to literately bake our house to 135+ degrees he said "this is the only way to absolutely kill the bugs and the eggs." Choking back on words trying not to shed a tear was hard My Fiance and I, have four children from ages 9 years old to 5 months old making ends meet was tough as it is. We couldn't Express how much we appreciated it. So on December 12, 2012 Raymond showed up with all his equipment and ready work, we couldn't believe how well the thermal heat system worked with individually monitoring every room proper temperature. 14 hours later it was all over. Finally laid that problem to rest, it has been almost two months now since the day Enviro Pro came out and I can say that Not one single bite nor seen one of these nasty insects. Enviropro Pest Solutions is the contracted pest control company for our business. Raymond took the time to sit down with key team members getting their opinion on needs and created a monthly preventative plan for us. His costs are well within reason, but more important the time he takes is just excellent. He not on his schedule, but on your schedule and stays until the job is done with great follow-through and contact. If necessary other than contracted work, I make a call and Raymond is there for us. Raymond is THE expert on BEDBUGS in Spokane, and he is HONEST, knowledgeable, and the only one of several exterminators I had come out to the house when I suspected I had bedbugs after my little granddaughter awoke with 84 of what appeared to be itchy bites on her trunk after sleeping in one of my bedrooms. Two exterminators, including a man with a bedbug sniffing dog, came to my home. Even though neither could find any sign of bedbugs, both were convinced they were there and wanted me to have my home heat treated. Raymond's company was contacted by one of the other companies to do the heat treatment. Raymond could have told me the house had to be treated and charged me $4,500, but he told me instead that he could find no evidence of an infestation, and it would be unethical to treat my home. He came back a second time and spent an hour rechecking the room, especially the places where the bedbug dog had alerted, and could find nothing. Again he said it was his professional opinion that there were no bedbugs and never had been, and he would not treat my house or take my money. Raymond came to my home twice and talked with me on the phone several times. He sat with me and talked about other options for what might have caused the problem and even took samples of some gnats that were caught on sticky boards in the room to an entomologist who said they were harmless. He did all of this WITHOUT CHARGING ME A PENNY. He did tell me that most people in the Pest Control business were NOT trained in bedbug detection, and were not qualified in this specialty area. From my experience, I would agree with him wholeheartedly. Both men from other Pest Control companies pressured me to the point of tears and misidentified beetles as bedbugs, when it was clear to me, definitely a non-expert, that this was not a bedbug. I got the distinct impression that they simply wanted to get me to pay for a service I did not need. it turned out that the "bites" were a rash resulting from a reaction to a pair of new Disney Princess pajamas. I am extremely grateful to Raymond for his honesty, integrity, and willingness to give of his time and expertise to help without even charging me. I cannot recommend him highly enough. if you suspect you have or are told you have a bedbug infestation, call Raymond of EnvirPro. He is THE expert on bedbugs in Spokane. We were concerned about ants in our home - having tried some home remedies we weren't sure if we'd taken care of the problem - Raymond came by and did an inspection - his knowledge and attention to detail gave us peace of mind which is priceless. I would like to start by commenting on the overall professionalism shown by EnviroPro. Raymond was extremely knowledgeable and respectful in his dealings with our pest problems, but above that he showed a kindness to my family that I would say is unmatched in most of my dealings with other businesses. When we first contacted him about our situation he was very helpful and came right out to see the pest problems. When I first met him he shook my hand looked me in the eye and showed a real concern for our situation. We spoke for sometime about the options for getting rid of bed bugs and he thoroughly explained all the details and was more than happy to answer each and everyone of my questions. I know he has done a large number of jobs, so to see that it wasnt just a job, that it was also about helping me to sleep at night again, most definitley gained my trust. The day of the Thermal Remediation he came right in, went straight to work, and assured us that it would be taken care of. My family left for school and work. Raymond is a very nice guy! He cares about helping people with their pest problems! We had bed bugs and I never thought it would happen to my family. I called Enviropro Pest Solutions and spoke with Raymond and he educated me on the bed bug. He came over the next day to check our house and then a couple days later did the heat treatment. I had a serious problem with bees coming into our house. My daughter is deathly allergic to bee stings, her throat will swell up and she'd have to go to the hospital, so she has to carry an Epipen with her at all times. This was a very serious situation. My daughter doesn't live at home anymore, but she's over a lot, so I had to get this taken care of. I couldn't just keep the bees locked up in that room! It was 6pm on August 25th, and I was leaving town, or trying to at least. I looked in the phone book under exterminator and found two companies. I called the first company and got a voice mail, so I left a message. The second company was Enviropro Pest Solutions, I dialed the number and Raymond picked up. I explained the situation and he told me that he could be right over. I knew that he had just gotten home, but he drove across town to my house and got there around 7pm. By 7:45pm he had taken care of the bees and left. He didn't charge me for overtime or extra for coming out after hours. He just charged his regular fee. I truly appreciated Raymond's excellent customer service. I was in a very tight spot and I am so grateful to him for taking time to drive over here when I know he had just gotten home and probably had dinner waiting for him! He understood the emergency, and I think his actions speak volumes about his character. Of course, I've read his other reviews, and he seems to treat all of his customers like this, so it's not just me or special treatment of any kind. He is genuinely a very nice person and is very pleasant to deal with. He has a nice manner about him. I have yet been able to go out there to check if the bees are truly gone, but I think I can safely assume they are all dead. I would certainly use Raymond and only Raymond again.
