I would say that Raymond from Enviropro Pest Solutions is extremely thorough, prompt and knowledgeable. He was able to solve our problem! We had ants in our basement, and Raymond was able to come in and take over it and after he came, we never saw another ant! He is on time, professional and friendly. He provides over-the-top customer service and I would highly recommend him to anybody! A great experience. more

On a Monday evening we found a HUGE hobo spider in our living room, later that evening we found a couple more in the basement. I am very, very scared of spiders. I called EnviroPro Pest Tuesday afternoon, and Raymond was at our house, giving a free inspection within a few hours of our speaking on the phone. Raymond was very knowledgeable and took his time with inspection. He explained everything he was going to do, and made me feel at ease. We have pets and children, so he made sure to take all of that into consideration. We had the outside and inside of our house treated. Raymond noticed some carpenter ants outside and also treated for those. He removed any webs and bees nests as well. My family and I feel so much better, now that we have had the treatment. We we definitely be using EnviroPro Pest again in the future. We plan to buy a home next year, and you better believe we will be calling them, if we have any issues in our new home! I had a huge nest of yellow jackets under the siding on my house. Raymond came out the same day I called and treated them for much less than the $300 Orkin wanted. Unfortunately, the dazed insects then began wandering into the interior of the house, which they had never done before. Raymond came back that evening after his other appointments and took care of the problem, sealing up their access with caulk. No more yellow jackets made their way in and the next day the nest was completely dead. For icing on the cake, Raymond eagerly agreed to come to my wife's 4th grade classroom to talk to the kids about bugs and show them samples of different insects. I would highly recommend EnviroPro to anyone for any pest problem. You may as well stop looking and just call. more

EnviroPRO Spokane is the BEST! I called several companies in the Spokane area to get estimates on removing a nest of birds that wedged their way underneath the steel siding on my home. I have yet to receive either an estimate or response from any of them. Apparently the job was too 'small'. I finally called EnviroPRO and Raymond responded very quickly and in less than 24 hours my house is now 'bird-nest' free. He was very careful and none of the birds were injured while he removed the nesting material. Not only was the price reasonable, but, Raymond also cleaned up the mess the birds left on the side of the house which I did not expect. Raymond is a true professional and I would highly recommend his services to any one who has a pest problem. more

Marmots & Yellow Jackets moved in under my front deck. I called Raymond and he came out to meet me that evening. Raymond kept after these elusive little guys and captured them. He also checked under the house to make sure they hadn't damaged anything. Next we noticed Yellow Jackets had moved under the deck and in the shed. He said no problem and took care of them. Raymond was kind courteous & professional. I recommend him for any furry or otherwise pest you may have! more

Discovered a large amount of ants throughout the front and back yards. Left a message and had my called returned promptly. He even stopped by at the end of his day to do an inspection. Once there he immediately knew what needed to be done and began working on the ants. Within 24 hours there were no signs of ant life in the yard. Now a week later and still no signs of ants. Hats off to the ant slayer and I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of pest control. more

When I found hobo spiders in my backyard, I was recommended Enviro Pro by a family member. Within hours he was able to come and spray not only for the spiders but for everything else we needed. We had a carpenter ant problem in our house. Concerned about what those ants may be doing to the structure of our home we called Enviropro. I was just so impressed with the man from EnviroPro Pest, and I just can't say enough nice things about everything. First of all, we had a couple of big ants that we had found in the house, so we captured one and had it in a jar. We called another pest control company, they took a look at it, and said we had carpenter ants. They said what they would do about it, gave us a price, and we said we would talk about it and get back to them. I was told that it's always a good idea to get a couple of bids, so I called EnviroPro out of the phone book. They weren't some big, national company, they were local pest control. We called EnviroPro and they came and looked at it and also said that it was carpenter ants, but that that it was the time of year they start to migrating and that it wasn't a serious problem unless we started finding more. All the same, the man from EnviroPro wanted to investigate and find out to be sure, as sometimes they have nests nearby. He checked outside with a little rake and went around and dug around the perimeter of the house. I had a little wooden seal statue that I had had for probably 10 years. It was carved as a gift and I had set it outside probably about 3 feet from the house. The man moved it, picked it up, and the whole inside was eaten away with the carpenter ants. He found the nest, treated it, put the seal statue, full of ants and larvae, in the compost to be picked up, and highly recommended going around the house and spraying the perimeter. After he sprayed around the whole perimeter of the house, I haven't seen one ant since then. The man from EnviroPro Pest charged about 1/4 of the the price that the other guy charged. The other guy wanted $370 some odd dollars to do a series of 3 treatments Also, instead of just jumping in and assuming what the problems were, he looked to see if we really even had a problem first. I really appreciated the fact that he went the extra mile to investigate it and find the nest. The other thing was that he said he was running a promotion, and if donated 10 cans of food to the food bank he would take $25 off. The one service ended up costing us less than $90. I was totally impressed with EnviroPro Pest. They went the extra mile to provide excellent service, and another extra mile to save us a couple of bucks. I can't say enough good things about them. I had found out about EnviroPro Pest through the internet. First off, I had some questions and concerns before I used EnviroPro Pest, so I had a lengthy conversation with Raymond. He answered my questions in long length and was very generous with his time. I was afraid he wouldn't come because I live far away. He came on site within a day or so. EnviroPro Pest came to my house for bat treatment, and sprayed the exterior of my house for the possibility of ants and the wasps under our deck. I resisted using chemicals and was all about natural products. I felt that he had good products and had confidence that his products were not harmful to my health. Raymond was very positive. It seemed his prices were fair. more

I called Ray with concerns that I might have a bed bug problem. As I had done some research on the topic the night before, I was seriously concerned. Ray was able to fit me in the same day I called and was at my residence exactly when he said he would be. He was extremely friendly and knowledgable and talked to me the whole time explaining what he was looking for. Thankfully he didn't find any bed bug problems and put my mind at ease FOR NO COST AT ALL! I certainly didn't expect to find that type of service in this industry but Ray was fantastic. We had a small family of birds living in one of the outside vents in our house and EnviroPro came out to our place and ever so carefully removed them and placed a scene over the vent so the birds couldn't get back in and and build a new nest. The work was done promptly and professionally. As for the blackbird family...the three babies are living happily under a large Evergreen in our back yard in a new nest that their Mama built for them on the ground out of pine needles. It's been about 5 days and the babies are happy and thriving. A Happy Ending for all ! My husband and I have had ants outside, under our driveway, coming up through the cracks- different colonies warring with each other since we moved in 7 years ago. Mr. Vanderlouw came a month ago when the ants were just starting to make an appearance and we haven't seen them since! I thought for sure that it would take more than one application, even though he said it shouldn't be needed....I am pleased to be wrong. Mr. Vanderlouw was very professional, very considerate of things like pets and children, very thorough in the applications/treatments used- educating us when needed- and kept great communication with us concerning weather and how it might affect the treatments he would be applying, let us know when he was on his way, and he came when he said he would be coming! I had gone to a very large international pest control service for mice. The service rep was disinterested, did not want to look where I wanted him to look, had to be directed as to what needed to be sealed, and wanted to get out of my home as quickly as possible after laying sticky traps all over my living room. He did a thorough search,educated me on what was going on, cleaned affected areas, helped to ease my anxiety and was extremely successful in the first day of treating the problem.
