dissapointment - tire rotation 2/18/2014

Actually I was dissapointed. My vehicle was sent to another shop to have the front end alignment done. It therefore took about an extra hour to get done (2 hours in all) while I stood around. They did not tell me until I asked how much longer it was going to take and I realized that they were calling another shop to find out. Thwncthey charged me for shop fees when my vehicle never entered the shop to begin with. If I wanted the work done by a different shop I wouldhave taken it there myself. They originally told me that their equipment might not be ready on Saturday morning so I scheduled my appointment for Monday. Afterward the car still feels like it pulls. I took it elsewhere to get the tires rotated and the mechanic, out of the blue, said that it looks like I should get an alignment. more

Keeps my Car in Shape 2/11/2014

Perect place to go for your needs... they are helping me keep my high milege car on the road adn in working condition so i can keep driving wihout buying. Only down side, whomever takes your car for a test spin afterwords, "pimps" out the seat and lowers the steering wheel, it hurst to me, a taller man to get in when the steering wheel is full down and i crack my knee into it, beyond that, car is clean and runs like it did the day i got it. more

I can always trust that emerald will come through for me. They are always quick, do the job right and have helpful input to give without being pushy.
