Brian, I started coming to your shop when you first opened and only had a garage. I did so as I like to support small local businesses. At the beginning the service I received was very good. However, I think as you have grown (congratulations on your success) the service has suffered. My last visit was for an oil change and I dropped my car off and had to wait most of the day to get it back. It seems that if you drop off a car the approach is we will get to it when we can. A few months ago I was leaving for work and discovered my car had a flat tire, I called AAA and they came and changed my tire and I thought that I could maybe stop at your shop and get it fixed first thing when you opened. So I drove over and your new guy at the desk said sorry can't help you we are too busy. I thought WOW. So I went over to Dave's Auto repair and they were able to take me right in fixed the flat and was to work within a 1/2 hour. There have been other type issue but I had kind of shrugged them off. I have recommended others over the years but I'm a little reluctant to do that now I'm happy that your business has been successful but I'm not sure that I will return as the service is not as good anymore. Work was done quickly, with no hidden cost or suprises. more

Had to come back 3 times for service(had appts) and then to be charged for a 1/2 qt of oil -unbelievable. Had to remind tech about rotating tires and had oil spillage in garage because they didn;t wipe off. Not happy about the whole process. If you can;t handle appts, don;t take walk ins. Customer Satisfaction doesn;t seem important to you. more
