elly nesis is fair 4/12/2010

I moved out recently from an Elly Nesis building and before I moved an associate met with me and did an inspection and let me know exactly what deductions would be made. I than went and did what repairs were required and all was well. They acted professionally and according to the code. more

It has been a mostly positive experience. There have been a few issues with maintenance/billing but otherwise requests have been taken care of in an orderly fashion and Elly Nesis has been cooperative in negotiating rent. more
