Moving from Utah it was hard for us to decide on where to start looking for a house in New York City. We didn't just want to contact anyone out of the bat, and regret it later. My wife and I finally made the big move to New York several months back. What led up to that move were quite a few curve balls and mass confusion by trying to do the research on our own. We have been using Elika Associates for the last six months on various purchases and have been extremely pleased with how they have handled our business. The NYC market is scary enough as it is, you don’t need to be wondering if your real estate agent is working against you behind your back. With a buyer’s brokerage, you don’t have to.
