Moving from Utah it was hard for us to decide on where to start looking for a house in New York City. We didn't just want to contact anyone out of the bat, and regret it later. A family friend told us about Elika Associates. I did further research by looking up their website, and called them later. The NYC Neighborhood guide in their website really helped me narrow down my choices. It had lists of all nearby schools, grocery stores, banks, pharmacies etc. I was able to select property, and see their dates they were built in, closest subway stations and some pictures. I was able to tell him exactly where I wanted to buy, and he provided with multiple options that we could choose from. We settled our mind on one, and finalized the paper work. Mr. Elika’s diligent service, and professionalism deserves all praises. I recommend Elika Associates for any first time buyer in NYC.
