We have been using Elika Associates for the last six months on various purchases and have been extremely pleased with how they have handled our business. It takes more than just knowledge and experience, it takes connections and they have all three. I've never been good with negotiating, and neither has my partner and over the years we've lost some great deals due to our poor negotiating skills... or lack thereof.
