my experience 10/6/2013

I don't remember who my consultant was but she was quite amazing very patient and seen that I was having issue's finding a size dress my friend I loved that she catered to all her needs and made her feel more comforter and excited about trying on dresses. I also found my dress and will deffinately be back to order our dresses very soon. I do highly recommend this store it may be small but the help was amazing. more

Wonderful Experience!! 10/1/2013

I went to Elegant occasions only having tried on 4 dresses. My consultant was JoAnn she is Wonderful to work with and very patient. I would recommend Elegant occasions to any bride to be and would also recommend JoAnn as a consultant. I will definitely be back to find my bridesmaid’s dresses! Thank you for helping me find my perfect dress! more

Very Friendly 9/4/2013

I am originally from Wausau, but I live in Chicago now. I had to do most of my dealings over the phone. The ladies I spoke to were always friendly and upbeat. I had my dress fitting in Wausau this past weekend and the in-person service was just as great! My dress is currently going through alterations, so I cannot comment on the quality of their "co-oped" alterations lady, but she was very nice as well. I would recommend Elegant Occasions to my Wausau friends/family. more

Absolutely wonderful :) 8/17/2013

I had my first bridal appointment at Elegant Occasions, and while I was very nervous right away my consultant Heather put me at ease with her bubbly attitude and expertise. Using the e-catalog to pick out dresses gave me an idea of what my options were. Heather also found some dresses she thought I would like based on my picks and she was spot on. My third dress ended up being THE dress; I bought it that day and absolutely love it! Thank you Heather and Elegant Occasions! more

Amazing!!! 8/15/2013

I had my first ever bridal appointment on August 14 and worked with Samantha! She was by far the greatest girl I could have asked for, to share in this special moment!!! She shared just as much excitement and happiness as I had for this occasion. Had a wonderful experience at Elegant Occasions! I had the pleasure of working with Samantha who was more than helpful and made the visit perfect. She took time to pick out dresses that she thought I would like based on previous dresses I had picked out and liked. She helped me in and out of every dress as well as brought me accessories to dress up the gowns. I cant say enough wonderful things. more

Another Homerun! 7/29/2013

Came back to find bridesmaid dresses and within 20 mins we were done! Don't worry we tried more on just to be sure. And I didn't stop there, Heather helped me pick out the perfect headpiece for my dress!!! I LOVE elegant Ocassions and the friendly amazing staff there!! Thanks Heather S for another home run!! Great selection & Great Prices 7/24/2013

I really enjoyed my experience at Elegant Occasions. I liked how you get to browse through their selection of dresses on a computer first and pick which ones you'd like to try. This was great and sped up the process as opposed to looking off the rack only. The consultant Lori was excellent and picked a couple dresses in the style I wanted that I hadn't chosen, but I ended up liking those too!! I would recommend this place to anyone!! :) more

Fast, Easy and Personal 6/20/2013

My fiance and I went in to the store to just look. We wanted to have a quick glance at the styles at the store and leave with some thought. Lori made the quick glance into a consult and ultimately we had our whole wedding party planned out in less than half an hour. He says the experience was fast, friendly and exciting. I couldn't agree more! more

Lois is incredibly helpful -- she was responsive by phone and email prior to trying on wedding dresses in the store. She was a pleasure to meet in person and helped me find my perfect bridal gown. I especially liked the slide show of wedding gowns at the beginning of my appointment, as I was able to consider many options. I highly recommend this store & Lois! more

I purchased my bridal gown and bridesmaid dresses from Elegant Occasions. I went to my first fitting through their recommended alterations and my bridal consultant even peeked in to make sure everything was okay, even after I was no longer her client. They are all very thoughtful and courteous! A great place. I recommend to anyone! more
