Elegant Occasion was very accommodating. Had an out-of-town wedding that required a tuxedo fitting for an out-of-town formal wear shop. Elegant unhesitatingly agreed to take my measurements so I did not have to schedule a fitting three hours away. more

what a fantastic experience! 5/17/2012

My visit to Elegant Occasions was the best bridal experience I have ever had! The staff is the most knowledgeable and most fun and that makes them the best in the business! Going through the slides on the computer before hand made things so much easier, and my wonderful consultant and I were able to start off my appointment on the same page right off the bat. I was never made to feel rushed or pressured, and follow up appointments aren't a problem. I love Elegant Occasions! more

Stress free experience! 5/3/2012

This was my first time trying on gowns and I really had no idea what I was looking for. My consultant Lois sent me several ideas via email prior to my appointment and really got the picture of what I was looking for! I had a great time trying on dresses! I would recommend Elegant Occasions to other brides to be! more

Perfect Day 4/29/2012

I have been engaged for over a year and had never tried on any dresses before this appointment. I wasn't sure what I expected to get done at this appointment. I told Lois exactly what I wanted and she came out with multiple dresses to try on. She was able to answer any questions I had and was very private during the whole appointment. It was excellent and everything I dreamed and hoped the day would have so I will be back for bridesmaid dresses. I will recommend others to elegant occasions. more

I was looking for a lightweight dress with a high low hem for my destination beach wedding. They didn't have any, but I tried on other dresses. The assistant found a beautiful mori lee dress in a catalog. I fell in love with the picture, but I wanted to try it on. We were getting ready to leave and SURPRISE, they had the dress in stock. I tried it on, and bought it on the spot! It was sooo perfect! I was very pleased with my experience n would recommend elegant occasions to other future brides. more

first dress fitting 4/15/2012

I had a wedding dress fitting. The staff was wonderful and went above and beyond to help us. I had one of my bridesmades with me. She is also getting married and we mentioned this to staff. She didn't have an appointment but they were able to help her out and she was able to try on a few dresses and get ideas for her wedding. She left having a good idea of what she is looking for. more

A GREAT Wedding Tuxedo Appointment 3/28/2012

Our time with Elegant Occasions was spectacular! My fiancee and I had a vast color requirement for all of our 6 groomsmen and their representative was able to meet our expectations and go way beyond that even. She helped us understand and choose good contrasting colors and she kept it within a great price. more

Mother of the Bride Appt 3/19/2012

Amanda's customer service was exemplary! From confirming my appt via email and letting me know which dresses were in stock in advance to assisting me through at least 9 dress try-ons. Resulting with me finding a dress for my daughter's wedding! I truly enjoyed my appt with Amanda and will recommend Elegant Occasions to others! Excellent customer service and making us feel welcome speaks volumes in small towns where we don't have a lot of shops to choose from. more

I had a bridal appointment on Saturday 02/25 with Heather and the Wausau WI location. I had such a great time with her even though I didn't find "the one" Heather made it a very enjoyable experience and i really look forward to coming back and hopefully finding the dress. more

It was great working with Lori. Elegant occasions worked with me and let me come in with my bridesmaids with a last minute notice. Lori was great and wanted to see my vision and help us pick dresses to express mine and my bridal parties personality. I would recommend her and the company to everyone. more
