Wonderful Experience 5/25/2013

I had a great experience with Lois who helped find my wedding dress. It did take about 2 1/2 hours and ten dresses, but I ended up going back to the very first one I tried on! Everybody was pleasant and I would definitely suggest going there! more

I had a great experience at Elegant Occasions in Wausau! I worked with JoAnn and she was wonderful! She was not pushy in any way and was very helpful and patient with me!! I would definitely recommend this store to any bride-to-be! Thanks for a great experience JoAnn!!! more

Found my dream dress! 4/13/2013

My attendant listened to my likes and dislikes when choosing wedding gowns. She did a wonderful job making me feel comfortable. The second dress I tried on happened to be perfect! They worked with me on fitting the price into my budget. I enjoyed the upbeat personality of the staff and the great selection of gowns & accessories. Overall, I am very happy with my experience. more

Spectacular!!!! 4/8/2013

I came in to find my wedding dress. Lois was absolutely amazing. She contacted me early to get ideas of what I was looking for and my budget. Trying on dresses was a bit nerve racking at first and I thought I'd never be able to pick but the dress I got I absolutely love and feel incredible in... and didn't break the bank! This was an amazing experience and I will suggest all my friends to them :) more

We were an hour early for our appt but were still accommodated w/a room so we could start trying on dresses. We narrowed it down to a few by the time our appt started & it worked out well b/c Lori was then able to get us swatches & prices. It did take a while but they were very busy with prom, so for as busy as they were our service was acceptable. It would've been nice to have more chairs in the fitting room while we waited. Over all it was a good experience & we did order our dresses there. more

Lori helped pick out our bridesmaid dresses, as well as make the process of picking out tuxedos for the groom relatively painless :-) The staff are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and there are always usually promotions going on. more

I was so pleased with my experience at Elegant Occasions! I was looking for my wedding dress and I knew what sort of style I wanted, but I wasn't sure what would look best on me. The lady that helped me went above and beyond! She always listened to what I liked or didn't like and she picked the dresses that matched my descriptions. Needless to say, I walked out being the very happy owner of a beautiful wedding dress. more

Amazing Experience!! 2/3/2013

Heather was wonderful to work with... she listened closely, both to what I was saying, and what I wasn't saying. I ended up buying a dress that day, even though I never thought I'd find a dress on my first look. I was completely unsure of what I was looking for, but Heather found it - and it's everything I dreamed of in a dress! I can't wait to walk down the aisle wearing the dress she found for me - and I would love to have her there, just to see the result of the work she put in! more

I have never had such a better time trying on dresses than I have at Elegant Occasion. The people are the best and especially the one who has been taking care of me since the beginning, Lois! I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a wedding gown or any dress. She makes you feel so comfortable and makes the best out of every moment being there. I cannot wait to go back for my alterations fitting and have many more great experiences with Elegant Occasions!! more

Above and Beyhond 1/27/2013

I was very happy with Amanda and the staff. I went in to finish my tuxedo order and Amanda did it very quickly and accurately. I also threw them a curve ball; my fiance needed 2 of her bridesmaids to also be measured for the dresses. They found a way to fit them in and were very nice about it. All a day which they were very busy and getting ready for a show the next day. This is why I love this place. Keep up the good work! more

Lois is Amazing 1/21/2013

I had an amazing time trying on dresses with Lois she had me in and out before I could blink and eye. She gave me enough time to form an opinion about the dress but had me out of it before I had time to second guess what my initial thought was. I didn't have much time that day so she also made sure I got in as many dresses as I could before I left. I had an amazing time with Lois and even though I didn't find my dress that day I will defiantly go back to see if I can find it another day. more

I went to Elegant Occasions on the hopes of finding my wedding dress. I had gone to two places before and although both places had beautiful dresses, I ended up not finding one that I truly loved. Heather, for lack of space, is the definition of wonderful. After trying them all on, I tried the second dress on again and nearly cried! Heather did a great job of putting me in a mindframe of my wedding day. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and lucky me, I ended up selecting a dress. more

Wonderful Experience 1/6/2013

The slideshow to start the bridal gown search is a perfect way start. It helped me get an idea of what I was looking for and helped Heather as well. Heather was amazing!!!!!! She was so much fun and knew exactly what to pull based on the style I was looking for. She helped me find my perfect dress and gave me a perfect "bridal moment" with tears and all!!!!! more

Wonderful Experience 1/6/2013

For both my bridal gown and my 6 bridesmaids gowns, Elegant Occasions was a wonderful experience! My bridal appointment was during the week, and the bridesmaids on a weekend. It was so personal and private during the week, but quite busy on Saturday. I recommend the bridal appointment to be during the week because of this. They had a ton of selections and were so accommodating and helpful, not to mention personal and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to Elegant Occasions! more
