I recently purchased my wedding dress from Elegant Ocassions. With the help of Heather I found an amazing dress to mak my dream day be the best. Heather was bubbly, fun, caring and the best! I highly recommend not only Elegant Ocassions but Heather! more

Never Settle for Less 12/17/2012

I have gone to two bridal stores before Elegant Occasions and didn't want to settle for a dress I liked from the previous store. Heather was very patient and pulled all/most of the gowns that my sister, future mother in law, and I picked out from the slideshow. After a few struggles, I FOUND THE GOWN! Needless to say, I'm glad they carry a lot of options/styles for dresses. more

Absolutely Wonderful 11/27/2012

I am from Madison WI and I decided to make the trip to Wausau. After about 8 dresses, I found THE dress. Heather was amazing. She was so patient with me. I will definetely be referring people to Elegant occassions! And they had a drawing that I entered to win my dress...well guess what...I WON!! total bonus!! Thank you for everything!! See you in Spring when we come to pick up my mother's dress!! more

Best selection of bridal gowns in the Wausau region, polite and friendly (not pushy!) staff. Heather my consultant was encouraging and patient, listened to what I was looking for, and found a variety of dresses that fit my desires. I love that at the start of your appointment, they set you up with a computerized view of what is available in-house. It is a very helpful method of communicating what you are looking for! Thank you so much for a great experience! more

They were able to answer all my questions, made me feel special and they were very welcoming to the guests that came with me. Bridesmaids gown trials 10/28/2012

I liked how easy it was to change my appointment from bridal gowns to bridesmaids dresses. I also liked that we could pull our own dresses and try them on. However, I didn't really like how our consultant was barely there with us, she would occasionally come check on us but the other consultants were almost always with their group helping them. Overall, I had a good experience here. more

I have always had a great experience at elegant occasions. I have gotten by dress, my bridesmaids dresses, tuxes and mini's all from there. Sometimes it's pretty busy but my consultant always made sure I was ok. They are very helpful and at your beck and call!! I would recommended everyone go there:) more

I can't begin to express how happy I am with the service I received here. Lori was amazing she knew what I was looking for and made me feel like a million bucks. I was torn between two dresses and wanted to come in the next day w/ some family but they were already booked up. Lori went above and beyond for me and came in early before the store opened so I could try on the dresses for my family. She was amazing, and I found my dream dress! So happy that I came here. more

This was my first time shopping for a dress and my last! The entire experience was excellent and I found the perfect wedding dress. Lori was very helpful and explained the entire process to me. I also have to give her credit for her patience since I tried on about 25 dresses and was there over 3 hours :) Every bride should definitely consider shopping here first! more

Excellent 10/14/2012

Went in to just get an idea of dresses and styles with my ma. Lois was a great big help and was very very helpful. After going thru several styles I had it narrowed down to what I liked. After all was said and done and thought I would just be looking and getting ideas I ended up leaving with the dress I fell in love with. I'm very excited and just got goosebumps when trying on dresses and can't wait till the day comes. Thank you Lois for all your help I couldn't have asked for more.... more

From the moment I made my appointment over the phone until the moment I found my Dress, Ashley and the rest of the staff were incredibly helpful in addressing all of mline and my bridesmaids needs. I expected to go in looking and found everything I needed and more! I can't wait to go in with my future husband to look at his attire! Elegant occassions was very helpful, warm, and friendly. I showed up there on a Saturday without an appointment, and just wanted to look at bridesmaid dress styles, and not only was I allowed to browse, somebody went out of their way to help me and wrote down each style number for me and the prices so that i look them up online and email them to my bridesmaids. I felt their service was exceptional. more
