I found ""Easy Express"" on-line and was very happy to find someone to speak to directly after trying other companies on-line that would not respond by phone. This was the first family trip to Florida and it was very important to me. We received a call the night before to confirm the pick up time. The van arrived on time and they were very organized and friendly which made our trip a pleasant one. I was so happy to find that I did not encounter any delays. Although, I did have to share the transportation with other people, the trip was very pleasant and we met a lot of interesting people because of it. The ride to the Hilton Hotel in downtown Miami was great and the weather was beautiful. Thank goodness it did not rain. I will recommend this company to all my friends and I will use it again. more

I have booked shuttle services for 2 from Port of Miami to Ft. Lauderdale airport. I was given a local # to call upon arrival to the Port. As instructed, I called as soon as the ship docked. I was then asked to call back when I am outside the terminal. When I called for the 3rd times, I was told to walk to the center median and call again. On the fourth call which was @ 8 a.m., I was told the driver will be there at 8:35 a.m. Less than 5 minutes later, I got a call saying the driver won't be there until 8:55 a.m. A driver with a big van showed up at 8:55 a.m. but there was no room for the two of us. I immediately called the company and the company staff did not offer any alternatives/solution. I told him to cancel the booking and he promised to reverse the charges on my credit card. After 5 calls and an hour later, I did not get any services. To add insult to injury, the charges showed up on my credit card statement. Bottom line: Do not do business with this company!! more

We recently chose Easy Express for shuttle service from Ft. Lauderdale to the Port of Miami and back from our cruise. We had the buy one get one free deal (29.00 p.p. to the port = return: free)\r The drivers (they call them associates) were punctual, professional and friendly.He also showed us a "" secret"" shop inside the port where we could buy water and booze to bring onboard. This advise alone saved us (7) aprox $300. We will will definately use EASY EXPRESS for all our cruise transfers in the future and I highly recommed using EASY EXPRESS. more

Peter, the owner, was extremely ignorant to my entire group. On both occasions, he was over an hour late and was ignorant to both my wife and the rest of my GROUP OF 34. Wouldn't you think that with the fact that he was making that much money for such a short amount of time, that he would be prompt and cordial? Not only was he late, but both times that he showed up, he forgot that we had a group of 34 and did not bring enough shuttle space for all of us. So instead of doing the right thing and taking care of it, both times he hid around the corner out of sight, so he thought, to make other arrangements. Also, he was going to try to charge us $79 to drive and extra 2 blocks, yes 2 blocks, to pick up another group of people. He was supposed to pick us up at the Comfort Inn in Hollywood FL. When he was late, he hid next door in the parking lot of the Hampton Inn while he tried to fix his screw up. Then he was going to try to charge us another $79 to drive 2 blocks over to the Hyatt. Look at the map for yourself. We travel all the time and have been all over the world, but this is the first person that was soo ignorant that I really wanted to assault him. Spend a little extra money and go with SKS Tours. By the way...when things start to go bad, Peter appears to have a habit of turning off his cell phone so you are unable to contact him. When he drives by you and ignores you, be sure to wave. more
