I found ""Easy Express"" on-line and was very happy to find someone to speak to directly after trying other companies on-line that would not respond by phone. This was the first family trip to Florida and it was very important to me. We received a call the night before to confirm the pick up time. The van arrived on time and they were very organized and friendly which made our trip a pleasant one. I was so happy to find that I did not encounter any delays. Although, I did have to share the transportation with other people, the trip was very pleasant and we met a lot of interesting people because of it. The ride to the Hilton Hotel in downtown Miami was great and the weather was beautiful. Thank goodness it did not rain.
I will recommend this company to all my friends and I will use it again.
