I came in to Eastside Auto Care with a van that hadn't passed emissions. I had been to other shops where they would just do the emissions minimums, and I didn't want to deal with that again. They wouldn't fix the problem, they'd just put a band-aid on it where you have to go back every two years and do the same thing again.
I told Dave that I have some issues I want fixed, not patched, so I don't have to keep coming in every couple years. He was right on it. Dave was really friendly and really locked in right away as far as where I was coming from.
Dave got me back on the road as soon as possible. He said all the right things and did all the right things. The part he replaced was basically installed and ready to go overnight. I went down and followed up with emissions, and when they told me things still hadn't quite met up, Dave took care of everything else that needed to be done free of charge. He was really just a pleasant guy to work with.
