We have been clients of EPAH for years and years. And have been involved in the sport of purebred dogs for nearly 30 years, so we have a bit of background with which to compare quality of service at vet clinics.\r

I read with a bit of disgust some of the reviews on this site, those that were complaining about the attitude and service received at EPAH. Over the years, there have been several vets come and go and some front office staff changes. That is the nature of the industry. I have NEVER had a bad experience at this clinic. Over the years, we have had to put down several valued dogs, dealt with traumatic illnesses, needed emergency care, and just routine visits. There were individuals that we dealt with that I didn't particularly care for, but the health of my animals and the care they received over shadowed any personalities. \r

If one of my animals required surgery, I promise you that NOBODY would touch them except Dr. Ricky Poe.
