Dirty, disorganized & rude- dr towles may have a heart for some animals others she saves only to forget and abandon- her level of heart and care for people is almost non existent - she is selfish and overly expensive. I am sure she has fans but if you aren't in that group of people who can do something for her- forget about her having any real consideration or compassion for you! Your animals deserve better and so do you! Stay away - RUN!
