Review content:
I recently had my cat diagnosed with cancer at EPAH. It was obvious she was losing weight and being 14 years old we decided to have her put to sleep. It seemed like it took quite a while for the staff to get me into a room the first visit especially when we had an appointment. Id say it was 15-20 minutes in the waiting room and the same in the back room until the vet came to see us and start with an examination. On the other hand I felt my cat was treated with respect and a caring attitude. A few weeks later as her condition became worse I took her down to EPAH and had her put to sleep. While these things are hard to go thru I look back and can not think of anything EPAH could have done better including sending my family a card signed by all the employees that work there. Its easy to be critical when the ultimate outcome is losing a pet that has become one of the family regardless of service rendered.
Pros: Convenient, good prices
Cons: Very busy, long appointments
