Earnhardt Hyundai Is Excellent 3/29/2014

We were tourists in Goodyear and were in the area to attend KC Royals practice games. Long story short...one morning our car would not start so called Hyundai road service and the car was taken to Earnhardt Hyundai. I had called prior to arriving and I was assured that we would be out the door in time for the game. We were greeted cordially and the problem was logged. We were reassured several times that the car was be repaired and soon we were notified that we could leave, but first the car was totally cleaned. What service!! Great Man, I stopped by one day cause of a part that came in for my car, I didn't get a chance to make a appointment, due to work and home I didn't know for sure what would be the best day. Last monday I stopped by the dealership, I talked to Victor and told him that I gotten a call about a part for My car, He did what he had to do and gotten my car right in with no issues or Problems at all, That really made my day Thank You Very Much. Earnhardt Hyundai Service is the best of any auto dealer service I have ever used in my approx 45 years of driving. First Nick was my advisor and was the best. When he left the dealership to go to another Earnhardt facility, I thought I would never again experience the high level of customer support, friendliness, honesty, etc that I received from Nick. I was wrong. My next advisor experience is with Victor. He is the best as well. I have never been disappointed, upset, or even annoyed using Earnhardt Hyundai service. I love my Hyundai and would not trust it's care to anyone other than Earnhardt Hyundai Service! more

The evening I brought my car home, my husband noticed swish scratches on the hood. I said they just washed it and I bet their car wash did it. I said I'd bring it up when I went in for service. I just was in for an oil change and I specifically told the service advisor that I DID NOT want a car wash. There was a yellow sticky on my rear view mirror saying this. They still washed my car. I had new scratches on the car. But, before I had your dealership service the car, I pointed out the hood scratches to the advisor. She told me you couldn't do anything about it and to go to an auto store and buy a wax and do it myself. WTF. I should have come back in the next am after bringing the car home. I also had to unload my vehicle I was trading in that very night, a Sunday. I use my vehicle for my job and it was loaded. I said I'd come back the following am to unload. Pissed me off as I forgot some things and never got them back. Your dealership was so threatening that I give references. WTF again. There are many Hyundai dealerships in Phoenix. Customer service from you like is like what George Carlin did in my favorite act. I live in Goodyear and you all are close. But Larry Miller isn't that far away. My neighbor bought an Elantra from Larry Miller because she said she'd never go to Earnhardt. For whatever this is all worth, I unloaded. more

Victor Vasquez provided fast and excellent customer service. We are new customer's; recently relocated from Inver Grove Heights, MN. 3/6/2014

We have recently relocated from Inver Grove Heights, MN. We own a 2012 Tucson, and at the time we purchased it we opted to buy/add a maintenance/oil package. So, when we came into Earnhardt Hyundai to meet with the service advisor (Victor Vasquez), and make a maintenance appointment/oil change. We gave Victor Vasquez our maintenance contract and asked him to call and confirm the transfer of our maintenance package. When he called the company to confirm, they stated that the oil/maintenance appointment would be covered; he was given inaccurate information. The company is refusing to honor our package, stating that it can only be used at the dealer we purchased it at. He communicated all of this to us, but informed us that we owed nothing, as this was not our error, since he had informed us that we would be covered per his initial conversation with the maintenance company. Victor gave us all pertinent phone numbers, ROnumbers, and contact information, encouraging us to call and complain to the maintenance package company and also our dealership in Inver Grove Heights, MN. NOTE: My husband and I did ask at the time of our car purchase whether the maintenance package could be used at other dealerships; we were told that it could be. Thank you Victor for your excellent customer service. We will be fighting to have our maintenance package honored at Earnhardt Hyundai, or request that we be refunded; along with also requesting that they pay Earnhardt for our recent oil/maintenance appointment. Again, thank you. more

From when we bought our car to getting the oil changed the customer servise was awsome. Everyone has been great. We bough a car at nissan and that customer service was horrible.... thanks for being so great... more
