Excellent company from the beginning of the process (evaluation of the problems) through follow-up. I recommend them to any one needing to waterproof their foundation.

After ten years plus, Everdry Waterproofing has kept our basement dry. Their work was fast and efficient. With all the rain we've had, not one drop of leakage in our basement. ...

My parents live in an older home which had increasing water in the basement with inclement weather. It was time to professionally address the problem. When the Everdry representative came, he explained the entire Everdry process. After checking our ducts and finding high levels of mold, the basement paneling was removed, exposing bowing walls and lots of mold. The Everdry crew secured the walls, eliminated the mold, installed their air circulation system and waterproofed.\r Everone was professional and courteous from our initial meeting all the way through the job. The crew was courteous, as well, and treated our home and property with respect, inside - out. We felt everyone with Everdry took pride in doing a great job and we never felt slighted. We're relieved to know the air in our home is clean , our basement is completely dry and we even have a warranty. \r Pat G. more

We had terrible leakage and mold in our basement. The walls were starting to push in, cracks in the walls, and foundation in trouble. Ever Dry of Cincinnati waterproofed our basement. It has been five or six years ago. The price seemed high, until I saw what they did to insure that we have a dry basement. They did a fabulous job. We now have a finished basement and are amazed that the walls no longer leak! Absolutely recommend this company!\r Springfield, Ohio \r more

I had Everdry install our basement waterproofing system and am very happy with the results. The installation occurred in Feb. 2013. The workers were very nice and made sure to be as clean as possible. Obviously with jack hammering going on I expected it to be very messy but it really wasn't. It's been a little over a year since the install and we haven't had any water in our basement. There has been plenty of rain/snow too and the sump pump shoots out the water so I know everything is working properly. While the cost certainly can be unsettling, and there might be other companies out there that will promise the same results for less, I am happy with my decision and have peace of mind.\r \r MH - Cincinnati more

My husband and I have been very pleased with our Everdry experience. We bought a house that had been previously waterproofed by this company and were lucky enough to have a warranty that carried over with the purchase. We do have to pay a yearly renewal fee for our warranty, but this is minimal when you think of what it covers. A year after we purchased our house, we had some water seeping up around the edges of our basement. When we contacted Everdry, they sent out someone to look at the complaint the very next day. Since our waterproofing job was under warranty and the details of the job were on file with the company, we were able to have our basement fixed at zero cost to us. It is such a great feeling to know that we are covered if something is to go wrong with our basement. ~ Florence, KY more

When we bought our 100 year-old house, the previous homeowners misled us on the property disclosure by claiming that there was a “small trickle” from one of the basement corners during a heavy rain. Since we bought the house during a drought, we did not realize how badly the basement leaked until the following very wet spring. The “small trickle” was actually a stream which rain right through the middle of the basement floor. \r We contacted Everdry in hopes that they could improve the condition of our basement; however, we never really thought we could have a completely dry basement. Now we have plans to finish our basement, adding a tremendous amount of living space to our home!\r The initial work was very messy, both inside and outside of the house. The crew did their best to minimize the spread of the mess to others areas of our home. We did have to have Everdry return several times to fix small problems, but they were always quick to respond and thorough in their repairs. Look at it as an investment in your home. Everdry does quality work and stands behind what they do. They will keep coming back until you are satisfied! \r CB, Milford more

My basement leaked and had a musty odor. Everdry waterproofing fixed my leaks and got rid of the odor. They provided me with a detailed plan that would take care of the problems within 3 days. Not only did it make my basement space more liveable but also provided a healthier environment and added value to the cost of my house. I was apprehensive at first but as I saw the progress and the work following the plan that had been discussed my concerns were quickly put at ease. The crew respected both mine and my neighbors property and they answered any questions I had as the work progressed. All of the mess was cleaned up by the crew and my landscaping put back as it was prior to the start of the project. I was very pleased with the outcome and have had no issues. S.P. Hamilton more

What a great company! The best part is the warranty passes on to the next home owner. There customer service department is great. The system works great and I don't have to worry about dampness in my basement. C.W. Cincinnati more

EverDry has been a pleasure to work with reference our water problem in the basement. They completely sealed the outside foundation, installed a sump pump and drainage, along with a sump pump 10 years ago and we have not had a problem since then. They recently added a battery backup in case the electricity fails in a thunderstorm. Very happy with EverDry! more

I had a problem with water coming up through my basement slab a few years ago. I got estimates from 3 companies for making repairs. Everdry Waterproofing had the most comprehensive approach and the one which seemed to be most likely to be successful. Their price was also very competitive. The work was done as scheduled and they cleaned up thoroughly. They even identified and fixed some outside drainage and foundation wall issues. All of the equipment they installed works great and the problem is solved.\r AAG\r Cincinnati, OH more

We have had Everdry do our basement a number of years ago due to a number of foundation leaks that made a mess of our basement after prolonged rains. Once the work was done, no more problem. We continue the yearly contract with them. We have had a new leak pop up a while back. A call to them and they came out and took care of that. I have been very pleased with the results.\r \r EJL Cincinnati more

I highly recommend Everdry. Our house was build in 1940 and although the leaking in the basement was not exactly serious, it was substantial. We discovered that, due to our cinderblock foundation, standing water was actually resting in the blocks and causing mold development we could not even see. Everdry performed a service both interior and exterior including a tar covering outside and an interior drainage system leading to a heavy duty sump pump. All the water that would normally be collecting outside the house and applying pressure to our foundation is now drained away from the house. Combined with the super efficient dehumidifier also installed by Everdry, our basement is now completely waterproofed. The service, while costly, is worth the price as Everdry backs up their product and includes an amazing guarantee. Again, highly recommended. more

Everdry of Cincinnati does exceptional work. My basement flooded regularly before their waterproofing treatment. After they sealed the cracks and installed drain lines, my basement has consistently remained dry except after a sump pump failure. Everdry replaced the sump pump under warranty at no cost and solved the problem. Everdry also keeps its commitments to its customers. They were unable to reach a corner of my basement to install drain tiles because I had two large heating oil tanks located there. They told me if I ever removed the tanks they’d come back and put subfloor drainage in that area. Last fall I switched to a natural gas heating system and then removed the tanks. Everdry came back and installed drain tiles in the corner at no additional cost to me, even though the original work and the promise to return had been made 27 years ago. Amazing company ethics! Thanks, Everdry.\r Dan H, Centerville, OH\r more

We have had Everdry for almost 20 years. Before we called them, we had termites in our house and a musty odor in the lower level of our tri-level house. We called them due to water entry into our lower level after heavy rains. After they fixed the water issue, our basement has been dry and odor free. We had one instance of termites a couple of years after they fixed our water entry problem, but after they were treated, we have been termite free also. They were very thorough in fixing the problems both inside the house and outside the house to assure no water entry issues. Based on my experience, I would recommend Everdry to anyone who has a water entry problem in their house because the work is done professionally and it lasts.\r \r WES Kettering, OH more
