Everdry waterproofed our 100+ year home in Fort Thomas, KY. Before that, basement was always damp and had standing water in spots after heavy rains. In 2001 I purchased a home that was built by TK Homes in 1996. They pre-planned for any water problems because it was built in a farmer’s field. We had our basement waterproofed by Ever Dry a few years ago. The workers were very nice and professional. They did their job well and cleaned up everything too. We had a concrete slab that we removed ourselves from our backyard the year before. It was an eye sore and was sitting on the side of our house for a year. Ever Dry workers offered to take it with the concrete they removed from the basement during our waterproofing. It was that extra mile that they took that just showed how much they cared for their customers. It has been several years since the work has been done and it is those little things that people do just to be nice that you remember the most! :) There was one area that could not be waterproofed because we have a concrete front porch. The porch is cracking and needs to be replaced. Every Dry offered to come out and waterproof that space under the porch whenever we decide to replace it. There was another place that couldn't be waterproofed near the fireplace that started leaking a few months ago. We called Every Dry and they came out and fixed it right away and we have had some really bad rain storms and it is still super dry. We never had any problems with leaking after they were finished. Everyone was great, really nice and professional. We have the EZ breeze because my husband has bad allergies and it works great at keeping the house smelling fresh and clean. Everdry waterproofed my basement in Dec. 2010. They did a superb job; they were neat, clean, and efficient. I had both the inside and outside of the house done for the maximum guarantee. The workmen were neat, clean, and efficient. When they left, the basement was clean; one could not tell that trenches had been dug except for the new plaster on the floor. EverDry waterproofed our basement in the Fall, 2009, and we have not had any issues with flooding, or even a hint of water in the basement. Prior to EverDry, our basement would routinely flood with any heavy rainfall, and our crawl space would fill with water. Water would pool for days around the foundation. \r \r This Spring (April, 2011) has seen the worst rainfall since 1937, and our basement has not had a drop of water in it! There's no longer any pooling of water around the foundation -- even with the non-stop rain that we've seen this month. It was an expensive endeavor, but well worth the cost. more
