Review content:
Everdry of Cincinnati does exceptional work. My basement flooded regularly before their waterproofing treatment. After they sealed the cracks and installed drain lines, my basement has consistently remained dry except after a sump pump failure. Everdry replaced the sump pump under warranty at no cost and solved the problem. Everdry also keeps its commitments to its customers. They were unable to reach a corner of my basement to install drain tiles because I had two large heating oil tanks located there. They told me if I ever removed the tanks they’d come back and put subfloor drainage in that area. Last fall I switched to a natural gas heating system and then removed the tanks. Everdry came back and installed drain tiles in the corner at no additional cost to me, even though the original work and the promise to return had been made 27 years ago. Amazing company ethics! Thanks, Everdry.\r
