Review content:
When we bought our 100 year-old house, the previous homeowners misled us on the property disclosure by claiming that there was a “small trickle” from one of the basement corners during a heavy rain. Since we bought the house during a drought, we did not realize how badly the basement leaked until the following very wet spring. The “small trickle” was actually a stream which rain right through the middle of the basement floor. \r We contacted Everdry in hopes that they could improve the condition of our basement; however, we never really thought we could have a completely dry basement. Now we have plans to finish our basement, adding a tremendous amount of living space to our home!\r The initial work was very messy, both inside and outside of the house. The crew did their best to minimize the spread of the mess to others areas of our home. We did have to have Everdry return several times to fix small problems, but they were always quick to respond and thorough in their repairs. Look at it as an investment in your home. Everdry does quality work and stands behind what they do. They will keep coming back until you are satisfied! \r CB, Milford
