I had my water heater serviced today by John Romann from Design Air Inc. John arrived on time, was pleasant ,was very professional and was knowledgable in what repairs were needed. He informed me of what the problem was and he immediately found the solution to repair the problem. more

Wonderful Service 8/24/2018

We had a problem with our central air shutting down on a Thursday and Design Air was able to come the following day. Jack R. thoroughly inspected the system and it ended up being the compressor. He was able to get the part over in no time and installed same day. Very professional and knowledgeable and took the time to explain things. You can count on Design Air. more

Collin showed up promptly after we called Design Air. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our air conditioner. He gave a detailed explanation as to why, on the hottest day of the year, temp in the house went up to 90*. He arranged for a salesman and a temporary fix to get things cooled down. Thank you Collin. Excellent Air Condition Company 6/7/2018

We recently had our air conditioner checked over for the summer. Our technician Chris Hoops was outstanding. Did a thorough check, replaced air filter, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We signed up for a maintenance contract & he went over the different plans & what they covered. We highly recommend this company as they are efficient when making appointments, confirming them & their workers are on time. Our only regret is that we didn't have them install our central air when we first got it. That company did a horrible job and when we contacted Design Air they came & corrected it. Be smart and have them do your installation. more

Collin Wright Service Technician 6/5/2018

Will in dispatch gave me a time of between 11AM and 4PM for the tech to show up. Will called me at 11AM and said that Collin would be there in about 20 minutes. That was a pleasant surprise. He went right to work on the problem and identified that the system was low on Freon. Because of the age of the unit I asked him to add the Freon required to have it work like it should and perhaps it might last the season or longer. We discussed running a leak test to find out why it was low. I told him that I wanted to see if it would maintain the charge for the summer and that next year we can see how it was holding. Collin is a great Mechanic and knows what he is doing. He completed the task is short order and was on his way. I will do business with this company again for both service and when I need to replace the A/C units. more
