We recently had our air conditioner checked over for the summer. Our technician Chris Hoops was outstanding. Did a thorough check, replaced air filter, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We signed up for a maintenance contract & he went over the different plans & what they covered. We highly recommend this company as they are efficient when making appointments, confirming them & their workers are on time. Our only regret is that we didn't have them install our central air when we first got it. That company did a horrible job and when we contacted Design Air they came & corrected it. Be smart and have them do your installation.
