Bill wasn't the tec who came to inspect our air condition..It was Craig, and what a lovely young man...Craig was very efficient and very good...Would ask for him again. The reason I said Bill, cause Craig's name did not come up on your web site and i did want him to get credit for his good work..That is Craig... more

Great Job! 12/27/2017

My brother suggested Design Air after they installed his gas fireplace. Mick came over and took the time to explain everything to me about my gas fireplace. We just bought the house and we were unsure of what we needed to know. Mick cleaned everything, made it look great and checked to make sure everything was safe. I was extremely happy with everything! more

Fast and excellent Service 10/4/2017

I was having trouble with my heating system and called Design Air. They were at my house within three hours and had the issue fixed quickly and at a reasonable cost. The service tech Mick K was very professional and a pleasure had had the issue fixed in no time. more

Amazing Service 6/28/2017

Chris from Design Air provides top level service and then goes above that. He is extremely knowledgeable and helped me, as a new home owner, understand the equipment I have better, and how to maintain it. He worked with me the entire time and I could't possibly say enough how much it means to me that I know I can call and get someone like him to come for service. I will continue to use Design Air because of him as well as the other employees who have provided service for me from them in the past. Thank you Chris! more

Yealy service 6/14/2017

We just had Collin perform the yearly AC service for our 2 units. Collin was very professional , and thorough, I felt collin was committed to quality work. He took his time. explained all work being done. We have had Design Air service our units for 6 years. Outside of a ceiling saver needed to be replaced (190), We have not had any other problems with our unit. I do think the yearly maintenance is well worth the money more
