Used this company for the installation after being taken for a ride by another local company. So glad I used them. They are committed to good service and maintenance. Mick was out to service the air conditioning unit. He was very professional,answered all questions and got the unit up and running in a timely manner.He has been servicing the unit for years and there's a reason we continue to rely on him and Design Air. They are honest, knowledgeable do a great job. more

Design Air is a wonderful company to service our heating and air conditioning. We had an emergency Friday afternoon at 4 p.m. and Bill Youhas was working on the problem by 4:30. He stayed until 6 to solve it and we had heat. We recommend Design Air. more

Fireplace is on !!!!! 1/16/2019

This was my first time using Design Air, Inc. I couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable ,competent,and friendly service technician. Mick and his assistant did a great job, fixed my problem and educated me on issues to look out for with my type of fireplace.I would highly recommend Mick and Design air to family and friends. Design Air had to come out to my house to trouble shoot, repair my boiler as i had no hot water or heat. Jack Rome was the service technician who returned my call. He was very professional, answered all my questions , explained everything and was able to diagnose and make the repair. Because of the way he conducted himself and represented the company i would not hesitate from recommending them to friends of family. more

Mick is the man. He is unbelievable, respectful, and such a nice guy! My wife and I needed our fire place fixed and they sent us Mick. We are so thankful they sent us to him because he really communicated with us and let us know what needs to be done. He is such a great guy! he is honest and told us straight to the point. I highly recommend him. I will be using Mick for the rest of my life. thank you again! more

We've been having issues with our heater for several weeks, and were unfortunate enough to be let down by another company who failed us with an untimely delivery of parts and service. We decided to contact the folks at Design Air and they attended to us within the same day. John was equipped with all the tools and parts needed and our problem was fixed immediately with no additional wait. He was very professional, efficient, and accommodating. I'd highly recommend this company as well as John in the future. more
