We've been having issues with our heater for several weeks, and were unfortunate enough to be let down by another company who failed us with an untimely delivery of parts and service. We decided to contact the folks at Design Air and they attended to us within the same day. John was equipped with all the tools and parts needed and our problem was fixed immediately with no additional wait. He was very professional, efficient, and accommodating. I'd highly recommend this company as well as John in the future.
