Usual friendly service. They don't push for extra things to be done like the dealer does. But they do inform me of future needs. I trust them more

DUXLER great, as usual 1/11/2015

Left mom's car overnight. So it could be looked at first thing in the morning. We suspected it was a thermostat problem and that's what it was. Asked Josh to check the anti-freeze and see ifif it needed to be flushed, and was told it was fine. As always the work was done honestly and completely and my entire family would recommend Dexler to anyone we know. They are the best. more

oil change 1/9/2015

I had asked for the cylinders to be replaced on my older model jeeps lift gate as well as my standard oil change - this was completed and when I showed up to p/u my vehicle I was told the cylinder for my hood was also bad and that had been replaced as well! I love the crew @ Duxler. I alsways feel well taken care of and never have to worry that I'm being "ripped off" - I truly feel taken care of! Also love the FREE coffee! An overall excellent experience every time! more

I've been a customer for years . . . They always address the specific problem I have. Example: a while back I got a piece of metal stuck in a tire on a new car I'd recently purchased. The Dealer said "Buy a new tire". Duxler said let's take a look and if we can fix it safely, we will. They could and did! "Phooey" on the H dealer across the street and "Thanks guys" to Duxler. more

Excellent service and follow up 12/2/2014

The mechanic made a mistake installing my oil filter and there was a crimp in the gasket that caused a minor leak. I took the car in the next morning and it was corrected almost immediately. Mistakes happen and they corrected theirs instantly. more
