Duxler rocks! 9/22/2015

I'm my latest experience with Duxler Firestone, Josh and Brent, capably overseen as always by Mike F., checked out belts, hoses, filters, etc. before a re-location trip out of state. Since we came back into town in 2004 after living out-of-state we've trusted Duxler with our after warranty car maintenance needs and they've never disappointed. I consider them friends of the family and beyond reproach! more

Excellent customer service, caring, honest 8/1/2015

I've been coming here over 15 years and the service has always been outstanding. They will tell you exactly what's going on with your vehicle, and how much wear you have so you can prepare to get something serviced. This means a lot to me as a female knowing that I can come to a place that I trust. I love the relationship I've built with the team over the years and even sent some referrals. When you had the best, it's hard to go to anyone else. Thank you for your awesome service! more

Service levels exceed expectations. In and out faster than expected. Only thing is that the lights weren't checked...I keep forgetting about a rear brake light being out...my make/model is super hard to diy so it would have been nice if they caught that, as I even have the bulb ready to go. The only reason I remembered is because the service record email said they did and I know it wasn't done :/. more

Fix broken AC 7/24/2015

Well we have coming to you for years and years BUT this time your price was was too much. We are on a fixed income. Can you give some type discount to loyal long time customers? Also my husband is a Vietnam vet . . what about military discounts? We did not have the work done because we think you are too high. more

I have used Duxler in Libertyville for the past several years as I used to work in the area. Now I drive from Highland Park to have my oil changed with them. They are quick, fair and honest. I would highly recommend Duxler in Libertyville for any automotive needs! more

Another great experience 1/25/2015

Work always done promptly. Everything explained. No work done that isn't necessary. Had plugs changed and asked wires to be changed too. They told me that my car didn't need wires, just plugs. Very honest. more
